jpcap is a set of Java classes which provide an interface and system for network packet capture. A protocol library and tool for visualizing network traffic is included. jpcap utilizes libpcap, a widely deployed system library for packet capture.

Ycad is a library of CAD functions in Java. Currently only DXF is supported for reading, viewing and writing. The DXF drawing may be rendered to a Graphics object for printing or imaging.

JOpenChart is an open source Java library and toolkit for creating different kinds of charts and embedding them into web applications or Swing applications. It further supports interpolating data and plotting mathematical functions etc. pp.

Atavi is an interactive genealogical data visualization tool. It uses XSLT to transform XML data into SVG (Scable Vector Graphics) images. Deploy it as a Java servlet and explore visualizations from a browser that supports SVG. GEDCOM import is planned.

Finally, the binary release of the version 0.2.5 is out. Now, Atheris comes with an extensible, modular plug-in architecture, i.e. you can easily write your own graphical analyzer for Atheris. DSTK - DataScience ToolKit is an opensource free software for statistical analysis, data visualization, text analysis, and predictive analytics. While JASP offers more statistical features, DSTK tends to be a broad solution workbench, including text analysis and predictive analytics features. Of course you may specify JASP for advanced data editing and RapidMiner for advanced prediction modeling. DSTK is written in C#, Java and Python to interface with R, NLTK, and Weka. It can be expanded with plugins using R Scripts. We have also created plugins for more statistical functions, and Big Data Analytics with Microsoft Azure HDInsights (Spark Server) with Livy. License: R, RStudio, NLTK, SciPy, SKLearn, MatPlotLib, Weka, ... each has their own licenses.
