SurveyJS is a product suite of open-source JavaScript form libraries that utilize JSON for survey metadata and results. You can use SurveyJS to render web forms and collect responses, or set up a form management system fully integrated in your IT infrastructure, where admin would create and edit multiple forms in a no-code drag-and-drop form builder UI. The form builder comes with a CSS Theme Editor—a set of UI controls for form styling. Any alterations you make, from colors to fonts and layouts, are immediately visible. Zebra_Accordion is a tiny (2KB minified) accordion plugin for jQuery. It transforms a basic definition list, without requiring any other specific markup, into a small-footprint, easily configurable, fully customizable, cross-browser accordion widget, useful for better organizing larger groups of content.

Handling cookies can be a daunting task using plain JavaScript, and since jQuery doesn’t natively include functions for handling cookies, I've created Zebra_Cookie - an extremely small (~500 bytes minified) jQuery plugin for writing, reading and deleting cookies.

Zebra_Datepicker is a small, compact and highly configurable date picker plugin for jQuery, meant to enrich forms by adding a datepicker functionality. It works by automatically adding a calendar icon to the indicated input fields, which users can then click to open up an inline date picker. Users can easily jump between months and years due to the intuitive interface and finally, the selected date will be entered in the input field using a specified date format.

Modal dialog boxes are a great way to show information to your users, but to also alert them of errors or warnings. Zebra_Dialog is a small (4KB minified), compact (one JS file, no dependencies other than jQuery) and highly configurable dialog box plugin for jQuery, meant to replace JavaScript’s “alert” and “confirmation” dialog boxes, and built using the jQuery Plugin Boilerplate. The plugin can also be used as a notification widget (when configured to show no buttons, and to close automatically) for updates or errors, without distracting users from their browser experience by displaying obtrusive alerts.

Zebra_Tooltips is a lightweight (around 5KB minified) jQuery plugin for creating simple, but smart and visually attractive tooltips, featuring nice transitions and offering a wide range of configuration options. Tooltips may also be shown and hidden using the API. When shown programmatically, the tooltips will feature a “close” button and clicking it will be the only way of closing tooltips opened this way. This is very useful for drawing users’ attention to specific areas of a website. Appearance can be easily customized both through JavaScript and/or CSS. Also, tooltips can be aligned left, center or right relative to the parent element. Zebra_Tooltips make use of NO IMAGES (uses CSS3 for rounded corners and drop shadow and falls back gracefully for browsers that don’t support CSS3) and the tooltips can be attached to any element not just anchor tags!
