No network use. This project is specifically for a low cost data logger. If a fancier version is desired, please fork the project. No network means no-voice-recognition, no-google-maps, no-querying wikispeedia on the fly. Yes, WIFI can be used to SYNC, but only when the driver has parked his car. 2. Safety. No ads. Big text. Simple use. It should be as safe to use as a GARMIN. This product will be incorporated into other products such as existing Boy/Cub/Girl Scout apps.
