Arabeyes is a Meta project that is aimed at fully supporting the Arabic language in the Unix/Linux environment. It is designed to be a central location to standardize the Arabization process. Arabeyes relies on voluntary contributions.

RefDB is a reference database and bibliography tool for SGML, XML, and LaTeX documents, sort of a Reference Manager or BibTeX for markup languages. It is portable and known to run on Linux, Free/NetBSD, OSX, Solaris, and Windows/Cygwin.

FarsiTeX is a free Persian/English bidirectional typesetting system based on Donald Knuth's TeX and Leslie Lamport's LaTeX. Currently FarsiTeX is based on old LaTeX2.09. Windows and Linux ports are available.

Powerful Verilog Preprocessor. PLP stands for Perl Pre-processor. Perl is used as "control language" that is embedded in the Verilog code (or any other code) to generate code on the fly. It is used commonly as a Verilog pre-processor but can be used with any target/output language (C, C++, Java, VHDL, plain text etc)

An application developed in C using the list and the AVL tree data structures, which analyzes a text (.txt file) giving the following information as an output: 1. the total occurrences of every word in the text 2. the exact line of every occurrence of every word 3. the exact position in the line of every occurrence of every word 4. the exact paragraph of every occurrence of every word 5. the exact sentence of every occurrence of every word The output is also written in a .txt file in the same directory as the Text Analyzer executable file.

This project aims to be a dictionary manager for EDICT and CCEDICT like dictionaries, using GTK and Qt as GUIs (also looking for comandline operations).

transpose is a fast and efficient command-line tool that transposes (the rows become the columns, the columns become the rows) or reshapes a matrix in plain text. Inputs and outputs can be files or streams.

Program wordTabulator is intended for text analysis. It can generate index of word elements extracted from defined text set. Word elements may be words, N-grams or phrases (syntagmes). The program can process texts as in ordinary 1-byte encoding (ANSI), as in multibyte UTF-8 encoding.
