The whiteboxgui Python package is a Jupyter frontend for WhiteboxTools, an advanced geospatial data analysis platform developed by Prof. John Lindsay (webpage; jblindsay) at the University of Guelph's Geomorphometry and Hydrogeomatics Research Group. WhiteboxTools can be used to perform common geographical information systems (GIS) analysis operations, such as cost-distance analysis, distance buffering, and raster reclassification. Remote sensing and image processing tasks include image enhancement (e.g. panchromatic sharpening, contrast adjustments), image mosaicing, numerous filtering operations, simple classification (k-means), and common image transformations. WhiteboxTools also contains advanced tooling for spatial hydrological analysis (e.g. flow-accumulation, watershed delineation, stream network analysis, sink removal), terrain analysis (e.g. common terrain indices such as slope, curvatures, wetness index, hillshading; hypsometric analysis; etc.

Software Defined Radio Transceiver project is written in Python while using GNU Radio and USRP. The goal is to create a software HF transceiver with various modes. A user-friendly, quick simulator for Bayesian Multi-Arm Multi-Stage Trials

CompE Toolkit allows the user to seamlessly convert between binary, decimal, hexadecimal, and 32-bit floating point representation. It uses a simple, user-friendly interface designed for maximum efficiency and minimal clutter.

Here we introduce a Genomic Epidemiology Ontology (GenEpiO) that covers vocabulary necessary to identify, document and research food-borne pathogens and associated outbreaks. We envision various subdomains including genomic laboratory testing, specimen and isolate metadata, and epidemiological case investigations. Here we provide the genepio-consortium@lists.sourceforge.net listserve. Terms for these subdomains have partially been implemented in the main file, **genepio.owl**, which imports terms from over 25 OboFoundry.org ontologies. Also we have added a number of terms that so far haven't been covered via OboFoundry. Recognizing that GenEpiO encompasses many domains, we are advocating a consortium approach for enhancing its content via interested parties that need particular domain terminology.

PyMaTi is a simple and easy to use GUI for numerical and scientific computing in Python. It surrounds well know packages NumPy and Matplotlib and provides possibility to immediately play with numerical python from intuitive user interface.

SecurePose, an open-source software, automates face blurring, human movement kinematics extraction and leg Dystonia diagnosis. The software provides clinical-grade face blurring with minimal manual effort. It was validated on videos recorded in clinical settings. The tool employs pose estimation to track and uniquely identify individuals, recognize patients, perform effective face blurring, and identify leg dystonia. SecurePose surpassed six existing methods in automated face detection and blurring and outperformed human performance in leg dystonia identification. This validation establishes its effectiveness and usability in clinically recorded gait videos for face blurring and kinematics extraction.
