The actor has now talked about the possibility of retiring from his acting career.

Sudeep, while discussing the natural course of an actor's career, shared his perspective on the eventual weariness of the hero role: “Every hero becomes a bore in the end. Each one has a shelf life as a leading man. As a hero, I’ve never made anyone wait on my set. Tomorrow, if I were to do a supporting role, I wouldn’t want to sit around waiting for someone else,” he said.
He also spoke about his recent decision to decline several projects, emphasizing that it’s not about the quality of the offers but about following his own instincts and desires.
Despite his contemplation of retirement, Sudeep reassured his fans that this wouldn’t signal his departure from the film industry altogether. He expressed interest in exploring other facets of filmmaking, particularly in directing and producing. Sudeep admitted that he feels saturated with leading roles and is now focused on diversifying his contributions to the industry.
In another important career shift, Sudeep recently revealed that he will be stepping down from his long-running role as the host of 'Bigg Boss Kannada'. Having hosted the reality show for ten seasons, his departure marks the end of an iconic era for the series.
