Clipper Customer Service

BART helps only with the first-time application process for new Clipper Access cards. After that, all ongoing services—such as completing the full Clipper Access process or replacing lost or stolen cards—are handled directly by Clipper. Clipper Access Cards, formerly known as the Regional Transit Connection (RTC) Card, are for individuals with disabilities.
