1. How can I change my name on my Awards +Plus account?
To request a name change, please email a scanned copy of your CNIC, Marriage Certificate (if applicable), or other official documents showing your correct name to
- Silver Tier Members: 300 A+ Miles will be charged for a name correction.
- Gold and Platinum Members: No fee applies. For assistance, you may also contact the PIA Contact Center at 111-786-786.
2. How do I update my membership profile?
You can update your profile in two ways:
- Online: Log in at Awards +Plus Portal using your Membership Number and Password. Select Personal Information and make the necessary changes.
- By Email: Send a copy of your Awards+Plus Membership Card along with your CNIC or Passport to

3. What if I forget my password?
If you’ve forgotten your password, you can:
- If a member has forgotten his password. Click forgot password
- Password would be sent to the member’s registered email address with the Frequent Flyer Program.
Enrollment
1. How can I become an Awards+Plus member?
Joining is simple. You can enroll in the Awards+Plus frequent flyer program by completing the Awards +Plus enrollment form. You can Become a Member through online and the mobile app.
2. What happens after I enroll?
If you enroll through our website or mobile app: Once you submit your form, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This will include your Membership Number, Password, and IVR PIN code.
Membership Tiers
1. How do I move up to the next Awards +Plus Membership Tier?
- Classic Tier members will move up to the Silver Tier on accumulation within a calendar year of either 15,000 A+ Miles (Base + Class of Service) or 13 trips.
- Silver Tier members will move up to Gold Tier on accumulation of 30 Trips or 35,000 Miles per Calendar year.
- Gold Tier members will move up to the Platinum Tier on accumulation within a calendar year of either 80,000 Miles per Calendar year A+ Miles (Base + Class of Service) or 60 trips.
2. How do I maintain my Awards +Plus Elite Tier status?
To maintain your membership tier within a calendar year, you must meet either the trip requirement or the mileage requirement:
- Silver Tier: 13 trips or 15,000 A+ Miles (Base + Class of Service)
- Gold Tier: 30 trips or 35,000 A+ Miles (Base + Class of Service)
- Platinum Tier: 60 trips or 80,000 A+ Miles (Base + Class of Service)
3. What happens if I am not able to maintain my Elite Tier status?
If you are unable to maintain your current tier status, you will be downgraded to a lower tier. For example, a Silver Tier member will move down to the Classic Tier, a Gold Tier member will move down to the Silver / Classic Tier, and a Platinum Tier member will move down to the Gold / Silver or Classic Tier.

1. How can I request an Award Flight?

2. How can I find out how many A+ Miles are required for various destinations?
Flight Awards and Redemption levels required can be viewed by origin and destination - simply go to the Loyalty program tab and click on Earnings (https://pia-new.cms.crane.aero/loyalty-programs/earnings ) or go to the Mileage Calculator on the Awards +Plus Website. 3. If I don't have enough A+ Miles for a Flight Award, can I pay cash to make up for the shortfall?
Yes. You can purchase A+ Miles in Pakistani Rupees or US Dollars to cover a flight award booking shortfall. However, members must have at least 50% of the A+ Miles required for redemption in their account to avail this facility
4. Can I upgrade my PIA flight class using A+ Miles?
Yes. You can upgrade your class of travel on a PIA flight using A+ Miles.
5. Can I apply for a 'family' Frequent Flyer membership?
Family Program is a great way for families to save miles and redeem them for rewards. It is a convenient and flexible way to maximize the value of earned miles within a family, making redemption easier and preventing miles from going to waste.
Earning A+ Miles
1. Can I earn A+ Miles for traveling on an Award Flight?
No. Award Flights booked through the redemption of A+ Miles are not eligible for further point accrual.
2. If I pay for another person's ticket, can I earn A+ Miles for that flight?
You can only earn A+ Miles on flights that you travel on yourself.
3. I did not use the return trip of my ticket, and it has now expired. Why haven't I received any A+ Miles?
Awards and tickets are non-refundable on expired tickets. However, dormant A+ Miles that have not expired can be retrieved by members upon request, against a penalty payable in A+ Miles (as set out in the Schedule of Fees and Charges in Terms and Conditions). 4. What should I do if my account does not reflect earned A+Miles?
Any discrepancies in your account must be brought to the attention of the PIA Contact Center within 6 months of the applicable flight or transaction. Original boarding passes and copies of used tickets should be sent to the PIA Frequent Flyer contact center. Alternatively, login to your account by entering your Membership Number and Password. When you have successfully logged in, click on Missing Miles and fill in the required field.
5. Can I claim credit for flights that I have traveled on before becoming an Awards +Plus Member?
Yes, you can claim A+ miles against Flights undertaken before 90 days, becoming an Award+ Plus Member
6. How do I check my A+ Miles balance?
Login to your account by entering your Membership Number and Password. When you have successfully logged in. Your balance will appear at the top of the page along with your name.
