AFFIDAVIT OF CONSENT

I, MARISSA INOC SUMAGANG., Filipino, of legal age, married and presently


residing at Purok Tambis, Bang-bang, Cordova, Cebu, after having been sworn in
accordance with law hereby depose and state:

1. That I am a legitimate heir of Felipe Inoc who died intestate;

2. That he left certain parcel of land covered under Tax


Declaration No. 19-0003-04500 containing an area of Six Hundred
Fifty Seven (657) square meters situated in Barangay Bangbang,
Cordova, Cebu subject for settlement/partition among legitimate heirs
of the deceased;

3. That my daughter Ronith Inoc Sumagang intends to build a


small house within a portion of the subject lot where electrical and
other installation of utilities are necessary for the house for residential
purposes;

4. That as such I hereby giving consent to my daughter and


pose no objection to her in building her house at the said property
including her application for electricity and other necessities;

5. That I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the
foregoing and in support of the request of my daughter for electricity
and other necessities accordingly.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 13th day of October
