(a) Explain two advantages of using online storage for AgentCeleb employees. [4]

Use of online storage, such as Google Drive, to store all files – these can then be
accessed from any Internet connected device when travelling.
AgentCeleb can share key documents such as contracts with them via online office
software / they can share key documents with people they work with.
Online accounting software can allow them to see their finances from any device – it
will also calculate their taxes/VAT payments automatically and give them an ability to
instantly see their income/expenses.
Online storage can be used to backup all devices in one place and easily.
Photo services such as Flickr will automatically catalogue and tag photos.

be responsible for the security of their data (1)
(d) AgentCeleb is really interested in using Internet of Things (IoT) devices within their
company. Discuss the possibilities of them using such devices and how they will
benefit the organisation, employees or clients.
Use of Internet connected sat-nav so that they can see where employees/clients are at
any given time.
Lighting can be controlled automatically to save energy. It can be monitored even when
no one is in the office.
Security systems can report issues to managers when something fails/intrusion.
Smart locks can be easily programmed to allow employees/clients to enter the building.
Smart energy meters can monitor energy usage in the company allowing them to be
more efficient and to also have their bills automatically sent to the energy company,
which will make them more efficient.
Wearable technology could help employees/clients to have better health, or could
monitor medical conditions.
Or any other suitable use of IoT devices.
