Hermes Terms & Product Disclaimer

1. These terms and conditions apply when the customer purchases this product. Your continuation of the order shall represent your unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions. 
   
   
2. All orders cannot be changed or cancelled once submitted. Please think carefully before deciding to purchase and submit an order.
    

3. Applicable to the Hong Kong region: 
   The product is only available for pick-up in person from 11 am to 5 pm (by appointment in advance) from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) at 12/F, Manulife Financial Centre Tower B, 223-231 Wai Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong. After a successful purchase, StrawberryNet will contact the customer within 7 days via Whatsapp or phone to arrange for pick-up in person. The valid reservation period is within 14 days from the date of the order. If there is any malicious change of reservation and default, or if the customer cannot be contacted to confirm the delivery arrangement within 7 days, StrawberryNet reserves the right to relist the product without further notice. The payment you have made will be refunded after deducting 10% of the product price as an administrative fee.
   
   
4. Self-paid Authentication (excluding crocodile skin products) - You can also choose to go to ‘Fake Killer’ (質屋會社) (third-party authentication service provider, address: Room 813, Libao Sun Plaza, 28 Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon) for authenticity verification before picking up the goods. This service is a self-paid item for customers, and the fee is collected by ‘Fake Killer’ (質屋會社). You can decide whether to have this verification service, and the fee is about HK$600. If you choose this self-paid authentication service, you need to make an appointment in advance, and the pick-up will be arranged at ‘Fake Killer’ (質屋會社). After the authentication is completed and the product status is confirmed to be correct, sign on the relevant documents and complete the confirmation of pick-up. If ‘Fake Killer’ (質屋會社) judge the product as a counterfeit, you have the right to refuse the transaction, and you can contact StrawberryNet Customer Service Department to arrange a refund after refusing the transaction. The payment you have made will be fully refunded (no deposit and administrative fees will be deducted)
   
   
5. If you decide not to use the authenticity verification service mentioned in clause 3.2, ‘‘Fake Killer’ (質屋會社)’ (a third-party appraisal service provider), you have the responsibility to confirm the product you purchased and check the product condition clearly when picking up the goods in person. Once the goods are successfully signed for, it is deemed that you confirm there is no issue with the product and sign for the product, and no return, refund or compensation will be accepted afterwards.
   
   
6. If any defect is suspected (please refer to clause 4) or factory defects are found during inspection and receipt, please raise them on the spot during transaction, take clear photos of suspected defects for evidence and notify StrawberryNet. If there is stock, we will arrange another product of the same model for you and arrange the transaction again. StrawberryNet is only responsible for providing transaction platform transaction services, the coverage and process are determined by the brand merchant, agent or direct supplier.
   
   
7. If StrawberryNet finally accepts the cancellation of the order due to defects, the payment you have made will be fully refunded (no deposit and administrative fees will be deducted). And you must return the gift given at the time of purchase (if any) together, otherwise we will need to deduct the value of the gift.
   
   
8. Defective products do not include natural leather marks, cleanable stains, color differences, and minor off-lines of genuine leather products. StrawberryNet have the final decision on whether the product meets the cancellation of the order due to defects.
   
   
9. Although StrawberryNet have made the greatest effort to display the true appearance and color of the product: due to different shooting lights/computer screen settings and resolutions, there may be slight color difference phenomena. Pictures are for reference only, everything is subject to the actual object.
   
   
10. There may be slight differences in measurement methods, and the size guide is for reference only.
    
    
11. All transactions are concluded by the brand merchants, agents or direct suppliers of StrawberryNet and customers. StrawberryNet is only responsible for providing transaction platform transaction services. Any disputes, losses or damages regarding the quality, content, warranty matters and defect warranty responsibilities of the products you purchase, StrawberryNet does not need to bear any legal responsibility.
    
    
12. StrawberryNet reserves the right to modify all the above terms and conditions without further notice.
