Before Enes' tour starts, the home's former listing agent Tye Stockton explains what the key components of a standout Colorado home are.
He says: 'So, the importance of natural light in Colorado is one of the first things we think about.
'We want to really allow every location in the house to have natural light come in. In a lot of the rooms in these houses the art is actually the scenery... the view.'
Cutting back to Enes, the YouTuber starts his walkaround outside, where he highlights how the home's natural wood cladding gives a 'rustic feel', the garage door is clad in copper, and the heated driveway is large enough to comfortably fit 12 to 15 vehicles.
Moving inside, he notes how the wood-clad ceilings and block Douglas fir flooring help to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Some of the rooms off the main hallway include a powder room and a bedroom which faces west, complete with a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom.
Meanwhile, there is a staircase leading downstairs to a 'massive' laundry room, and a utility space where the electrics and water heating components are housed.
The 'control center' is also home to a microbrewery, with the homebrewed ale pumped up to a tap installed at an upstairs bar.

After moving around the core of the home, Enes ventures into the three-story 'tower' which serves up a bedroom on each floor.

Topping things off, Enes explains that under the snowy layer there is a lake that can be used for paddle boarding, and on the other side of the main house there is a swimming pool and pool house.
When it comes to the name of the property, Enes reveals that it was inspired by the novel Walden by American transcendentalist writer Henry David Thoreau.
He concludes: 'The unique architecture of this home and its connectivity to the outdoors was inspired by Walden... it's a fitting tribute to a novel that celebrates the beauty of simple living and natural surroundings.'
