In the latest episode of the New Heights podcast, Jason and younger brother Travis discussed cleanliness around the house, praising their parents for instilling good cleaning habits in them despite a few blind spots.

LeBron James has decided he's going dark - on social media at least.  The NBA's all-time leading scorer and Los Angeles Lakers star posted on X, formerly known as Twitter, and Instagram on Wednesday to announce that he's quitting social media. James posted the farewell to his 159 million followers on Instagram and 52.9 million on X in response to a post from Rich Kleinman, Kevin Durant's longtime manager.

Travis Kelce could already be planning parenthood with Taylor Swift after making a joke during his Amazon Prime hosting duties.  The Kansas City Chiefs star, who has been dating the pop sensation for over a year, made a quip about having a baby whole presenting the latest episode of 'Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity?' on Prime Video.  Retired NFL quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick, who appeared as a guest on the game show, claimed that being a parent makes a person 'wiser' during a segment of the program, seemingly inspiring Kelce.

Legendary gymnast Simone Biles walked the red carpet ahead of the Country Music Awards, debuting her new look with a shorter haircut to go alongside a silver dress and big silver and red earrings. Not joining Biles on the red carpet outside Bridgestone Arena in Nashville was her NFL husband Jonathan Owens. Owens plays for the Chicago Bears, a short flight from where the event was being held, but did not make the trip.

While the sky was cloudy over St. Simons Island in Georgia, a pair of sporting stars shone brightly on the golf course taking part in a Pro-Am on Wednesday. Retired NFL superstar and current FOX Sports NFL commentator Tom Brady was seen teeing off with world No. 5 golfer Ludvig Aberg at The RSM Classic Pro-Am. Also teeing off on Wednesday was Indiana Fever star point guard Caitlin Clark. The former Iowa star was paired with fellow Hawkeye State native Zach Johnson.

During an interview with 49ers tight end George Kittle, Andrews' skin was seen glistening for an unknown reason.

A recent study has confirmed that Manchester United have been the biggest spenders in world football over the last decade.  In a list assembled by the CIES Football Observatory, the Red Devils sat at the summit of the net spend charts - followed by a number of Premier League sides. In fact, the study also showed that the English top-flight is by and away the most lucrative league in terms of transfer spending - have splashed out a total of £19.1billion (€23.02bn) since 2015.

The majority of the crowd in Arlington, Texas arrived hoping to see 58-year-old boxing icon Tyson - who was the undisputed world heavyweight champion from 1987 to 1990 - put YouTuber Paul in his place. But many were left disappointed when the 27-year-old beat the boxing legend by unanimous decision with Thomas the sole highlight for some.

Kai Trump, who is 17 and has a impressive handicap of 0.2, recently took on the front nine of the new course at Trump National Bedminster. She released a YouTube video of her bogey-free round, which included four birdies before the turn. After completing the front nine in 32 shots, Kai called her grandfather to see how that compared to his own record.

Formula 1 returns to America for the third and final time this season with a potential championship deciding race. Max Verstappen, who dominated the early part of the season before a slight wobble, is on course to wrap up the World Drivers' Championship. There is another interesting wrinkle in Las Vegas and that is the race taking place on a Saturday.
