In the picture which saw the model wear a red swimsuit, the walls in the background appeared to be off balance with one side higher up than the other.
Sisters Kim Kardashian West and Kylie Jenner have also been accused of Photoshopping their images in the past.
Earlier this month, both Kendall and Hailey posed up a storm at the Met Gala, which had a Catholic theme on account of the corresponding exhibit.
Kendall attended the ball in an simple white Virgil Abloh jumpsuit with sleek pulled back tresses.
As the gala rumbled along, Kendall went viral when she was filmed gently pushing away a member of the event's staff who was backing up toward her as she posed for photographs. He was close enough that it is possible he was entering her shot.
