The film, which featured the 45-year-old actress, Kate Winslet, Jude Law and Jack Black focused on two women, Amanda and Iris (played by Cameron and Kate) who agree to swap homes during the Christmas season for a much needed break. Iris finds herself in a Hollywood mansion while Amanda lands in a picture perfect English village.
And that same mansion, located in San Marino, California, can be yours for $11.8million.
The spacious house features many amenities such as seven bedrooms, six and a half baths, a library and walk-in pantry as listed on Zillow.
But it's more than the interior that has people coming from all over to view the popular tourist attraction because the house was built and even lived in by legendary architect, Wallace Neff, who has built homes for the rich and famous, including Reese Witherspoon, Brad Pitt, Madonna, Bill and Melinda Gates, Jennifer Aniston and Diane Keaton, according to CNBC.
Prince William and Kate even stayed in a Wallace Neff property when they were in Hancock Park, Los Angeles, in 2011.
'We have to keep the gates closed 24/7,' realtor Brent Chang told the outlet. 'If open just five minutes, we find someone in the front yard taking a selfie with the house. It's that recognizable.'
The two-story estate, located near Cal Tech at 1883 Orlando Road went on sale last week and is still on the market as of May 23.
