Boys aged just THIRTEEN are arrested after 'crashing a stolen car into traffic lights during an early morning joy-ride'

Two 13-year-old boys have been arrested after they allegedly crashed a car they had stolen.
The teens are accused of stealing the car from Derby Street in Kew, 5km east of Melbourne's CBD, just before 2am on Wednesday.
The duo allegedly crashed the car into traffic lights on High Street.

Investigators allege the teenagers were seen running from the car following the crash.
The teenagers have been charged with theft of a motor car.
The pair have been released on bail.
They will appear in children's court at a later date.
