Leicester City have set plenty of club records this season but five of their players have made history for their countries too.
Algeria's Riyad Mahrez, Jamaican star Wes Morgan, Swiss midfielder Gokhan Inler, Andrej Kramaric of Croatia and Tunisia's Yohan Benalouane are the first players from their respective nations to feature for a Barclays Premier League title-winning team.
Fifty-five countries have been represented by eventual Premier League champions in the competition's 24 seasons.
Leicester City captain Wes Morgan is the first Jamaican player to win the Barclays Premier League title
Team-mate and PFA Player of the Year Riyad Mahrez is the only Algerian with a Premier League to his name
Gokhan Inler (centre) might have featured slightly less this season but he is a first-time winner for Switzerland
Yohan Benalouane is on loan from Fiorentina and has had limited game time as Tunisia's first winner here
Andrej Kramaric, Croatia's first Premier League winner, only played twice before heading out on loan
Mahrez and Morgan were two of the driving forces behind Leicester’s title charge and both will be at the centre of the celebrations when they lift the trophy following their game against Everton on Saturday.
Inler has proven to be a more peripheral figure in the side since joining from Napoli in the summer, while Kramaric and Benalouane played minor parts in the early stages of a season before the former was sent on loan to Hoffenheim.
When Chelsea won the title last season, they only added Colombia’s Juan Cuadrado and Mohamed Salah of Egypt to the list of nations with a first-time title winner on these shores.

Despite only playing in two games – two of Leicester’s three defeats, Kramaric said this week that he still felt he had offered something towards the success.
The Croatian striker told TUTTO mercato WEB: ‘I’m glad to have been part of one of the best teams I’ve ever played in, not only from a technical point of view but also the relationships.
‘I am happy and very proud to have been part of the friendship.
‘It’s amazing how you can breathe in the beautiful atmosphere inside the squad and everything was built for success.’
Kramaric and Benalouane might usually be unlikely to be given Premier League winner’s medals but due to Leicester’s small squad there is a chance they could get their hands on one.
Claudio Ranieri's multi-national squad have contributed five players to the first-time winners nationalities list
The Leicester manager achieved hero status by leading his club to the most unlikely Premier League title
Players to have made five or more appearances are guaranteed a medal but others are handed out at the discretion of their club or the league.
The Premier League handbook states: ‘The League Champions shall further receive 40 commemorative medals to be presented by the Club to its Manager and to such of its Players and Officials as it thinks fit provided that any Player who has entered the field of play in a minimum of 5 of its League Matches that Season shall receive from the Club a commemorative medal.
‘Additional medals may only be presented with the consent of the Board which shall only be given if the total number of Players who have entered the field of play that Season in a minimum of 5 of the Club’s League Matches exceeds 39.’
Leicester have only used 23 players in total this season, which could allow room for those lesser-used members to pick up a medal.
