Eden Hazard has revealed winning the double with Jose Mourinho is one of his best memories in a Chelsea shirt.
The Belgium international reminisced and revealed his top three moments at Stamford Bridge in a video on the club's official Instagram page.
Hazard, who is celebrating his 27th birthday, has achieved a lot in the five and a half years he has spent at the club, but managed to pick out three special memories in particular.

He said: 'My three best moments in a Chelsea shirt, I think the first has to be my debut against Wigan. We won the game and it is a special memory for me.'
Hazard joined the Blues in the summer of 2012 in a £32million switch from Ligue 1 side Lille and made his first appearance against Roberto Martinez's Wigan side.
The winger, who at the time was coming to the Premier League as one of the hottest prospects in Europe, showed a glimpse of what was to come by putting in a dazzling display.
He set up Branislav Ivanovic for the opening goal before winning the penalty that Frank Lampard converted as Chelsea ran out 2-0 winners.
The then Blues boss Roberto Di Matteo described his performance as 'outstanding' and said he was 'a pleasure to watch'.
Hazard went on to establish himself as a pivotal player in Chelsea's squad and won the Europa League with them at the end of his first season.

Hazard put in a sterling performance and registered two assists as Chelsea easily won 2-0
But it wasn't until two seasons later that Hazard experienced one of his best memories playing for Chelsea.
'Another memory, I think also when we won the double with Mourinho, the league and the cup. That was something very good for me,' he said.
Chelsea stormed to the Premier League title in the 2014-15 season - Mourinho's first back in charge at Stamford Bridge - finishing eight points above Manchester City and won the Capital One Cup by beating Tottenham at Wembley.
Hazard was irrepressible and irresistible throughout the campaign, netting 14 times in his 35 games. It was also a triumphant year for him on a personal note, with the Belgian being crowned The PFA's player of the season.
His third best moment is one that is sure to still be ringing in the memory of every Blues fan.

He also said winning the double with Jose Mourinho was one his best memories for Chelsea

Hazard and Co also won the Capital One Cup in the 2014-15 season by beating Tottenham
'Of course last season as well,' he said. 'We won the league again so it's three great memories for me and I hope for many more to come.'
Chelsea boss Antonio Conte will be hopeful of keeping hold of Hazard and creating more memories with him at the club as Real Madrid continue their pursuit of him.
The 27-year-old was rested for their 0-0 draw against Norwich in the FA Cup third round on Saturday evening.
But with Manchester City already being anointed as Premier League champions and a daunting task against Barcelona in the Champions League, the FA Cup could become Chelsea's best chance of winning a competition this season.
Hazard will be key to any chances of that happening and with that in mind Conte will most likely use the winger in their replay against Norwich in nine days' time.
He has never won the FA Cup and doing so would certainly provide him with another memory to cherish.

The other memory that made it on his list was winning the Premier League again last season
