The former glamour model was spotted getting out of a vehicle and carrying her lunch from the Co-op as she arrived at St Catherine's Hospice Furniture Store.
The 44-year-old avoided jail after claiming she 'misunderstood' the rules of a restraining order when she sent a 'vile' message about her ex-husband's fiancée.
After admitting to breaching the restraining order, Katie was handed 18-month community order at Lewes Crown Court to carry out 170 hours of unpaid work and pay £1,500 in costs.
She was seen arriving for a day of community service at the hospice charity furniture store in Crawley, West Sussex, on Monday morning.

She cut a casual figure in a white New York printed hoodie and black tracksuit bottoms, which she styled with dark trainers. She wore her brunette locks loosely across her shoulders, before later sweeping them back into a low ponytail.
She bolstered her striking features with a full-coverage make-up palette and held her phone and a drink in one hand.
Katie was also seen carrying her lunch in a Co-op green plastic bag as she prepared for the working day.
St Catherine's Hospice runs 14 charity shops across West Sussex and East Surrey that raise 'vital' funds for the charity, bringing in more than £1.6million last year.
The money goes towards helping people in the community suffering from terminal illness who need specialised care, as well as loved ones in need of bereavement support.

Katie had been banned from contacting Michelle Penticost directly or indirectly for five years in June 2019 after she hurled a foul-mouthed 'tirade of abuse' at her during a row in a school playground.
She admitted to breaching the order, when she sent a text to her ex-husband Kieran Hayler, branding his fiancée Michelle a 'gutter s**g'.

The message read: 'Tell your c***ing w***e piece of s*** girlfriend not to start on me.
'She has a restraining order so shouldn't try antagonise me as she is in breach and I'm sure she doesn't want people knowing that she was having an affair with you behind my back. That gutter s**g.'
The court heard the offence was committed due to Katie's use of the words 'tell your', which was an indirect attempt to communicate with Michelle.
It was also said that her message to Kieran may have been triggered by an Instagram post by Michelle, which she denies was aimed at Katie.
In June 2022 at Lewes Crown Court, Katie was told she would have to do 170 hours of community service and pay £1,500 costs.
Judge Stephen Mooney said: 'In my judgment, this offence was committed out of anger. The words you used were highly offensive and inflammatory so the breach cannot be considered minor.
'In my judgement, balancing the aggravating and mitigating factors, the appropriate sentence is a medium-level community order.'
After the verdict, Kieran and Michelle said: 'We are incredibly disappointed with the result of today's court hearing.
'We feel a custodial sentence would have sent the right message to the public given the seriousness of Miss Price's offending.'
Nicholas Hamblin, representing Katie, had said his client had pleaded guilty to the breach but she had been under a 'misunderstanding' that the restraining order 'worked both ways'.
He added: 'She has shown signs of remorse, she accepts an indirect breach.'
Mr Hamblin said Katie had sought help for her emotional problems at the Priory Clinic.

He said she suffered from a 'depressive disorder and anxiety', and added: 'Miss Price is learning to cope with her emotional problems and to not react in the way she has in this case.'
Mr Hamblin said the offence was a 'minor breach' of the restraining order because it was an 'indirect' message and would have been 'much more serious' if sent directly to the complainant's phone.
Last year, Katie was handed a 16-week suspended sentence after crashing her BMW X5 while drunk in September 2021.
She then dodged a potential jail term in January 2022 after £7,358 fines she owed for driving offences were paid at the last minute.
