Brandon Walsh back in the hood! 90210 star Jason Priestley looks ever youthful as he takes his family to lunch in Beverly Hills

The years have been kind to Jason Priestley since he sent hearts racing as Brandon Walsh in the popular '90s series Beverly Hills, 90210.

The 44-year-old actor looked as young as can be as he treated his wife Naomi Lowde and their two youngsters to a gourmet lunch at E Baldi restaurant in Beverly Hills.

It seemed fitting that Jason would be strolling down the same streets frequented so often by his television alter ego, only Priestley had his six-year-old daughter Ava and four-year-old son Dashiell in tow.

Jason still managed to look decades younger behind the beard that he acquired some time ago.

The star was dressed casually in a purple sports shirt and faded jeans, worn with navy trainers.

Jason clutched his little girl's hand as they strolled merrily along after leaving the Italian eatery, followed closely by Naomi and their little boy.

Ava looked cute in a flowered dress and sandals, while her younger brother donned orange shorts and a Spider-Man T-shirt.

It seems Dashiell was quite the artist during lunch, for he carried his latest masterpiece in his hand.

Jason proved his flair for words after penning a memoir detailing the highs and lows of his career including his years on the wildly popular Fox show Beverly Hills, 90210.

In Jason Priestley: A Memoir, not only did he dish on his famous co-stars Shannen Doherty and Tori Spelling, Jason enlightened readers with tales of his struggling actor days alongside Brad Pitt and Bradley Cooper.

Jason wrote that Brad, now 50, moved into the bachelor pad he shared with a roommate in 1987.

'Just for fun, we used to have competitions over who could go the longest without showering and shaving,' Jason wrote of the Inglourious Basterds star.

'Brad always won. Having to go on an audition meant cleaning up, which is what usually put an end to the streak.'
