Putting his 'a** to the grass'! Wolverine star Hugh Jackman shows off his squat skills in ANOTHER heavy lifting routine
Actor Hugh Jackman has been sharing a number of videos of his workouts across social media lately.
And the buff Aussie was at it again on Tuesday, showing off his squatting skills as he lifted some very heavy weights in a video posted on Instagram.
'A** to the grass,' the star captioned the footage, sounding pumped by his session.

In the video, the 46-year-old actor has his back to the camera and is seen balancing a barbell across the back of his shoulder, with two lots of large weights positioned on each side of the rod.
The X-Men hunk's biceps were bulging out of his grey t-shirt which he had paired with grey shorts and black tights underneath.
As he takes each squat, his muscular body appears to be pushed to its limits, but Hugh's movements are smooth and steady.
Adding to his fluidity is his encouraging trainer, who is off camera but audible, encouraging the star to push through to the final rep.

Powerful Hugh: The star previously posted a video on social media, facing the camera front on as he lifted a personal best of 183 kilograms for five repetitions
Hugh is currently appearing in the Broadway show The River, but is understood to be bulking up to reprise his role as Wolverine in the X-Men series.
However, on Sunday, the actor put fans in a spin with a suggestion he may not appear in the new movie.
During Josh Horowitz's Happy, Sad, Confused podcast, the actor told the MTV star said he is talking to studio executives but couldn't confirm his appearance in the movie.
'I have been speaking to the guys, and I’m not at liberty to tell exactly what’s going on,' he said, 'which is largely framing my answer here.'

'But there’s still a lot unknown about that, actually,' he continued.
'There are some very exciting things about integrating the whole X-Men world, including the Wolverine movie. There’s some really cool things going on.'
Hugh did confirm however, that he is currently working with writer David James Kelly on the as yet untitled Wolverine sequel, which he says, 'I’m very, very excited about that, actually.'
The X-Men: Apocalypse is due in cinemas in May 2016 and the Wolverine sequel is slated for release the following year.
On Tuesday, Wolverine's adamantium claws from the 2006 X-Men: The Last Stand were sold at Christie's auction house in London for £12,500 or AU$23,939.
