'It was hard to get on with life and date': Runner-up Lana Jeavons-Fellows opens up about Bachelor heartbreak and confirms she's still single
She made it to the final two only to have her heart broken when The Bachelor Sam Wood chose to pursue a relationship with rival Snezana Markoski.
And opening up about what it was like after the show, Lana Jeavons-Fellows has told news.com.au it's taken her time to heal the pain.
The 27-year-old brunette beauty confirmed she is still on the market, saying: 'I am still very much single. It was hard to get on with life and date anyone.'

'It only finished a little while ago,' Lana said.

'If you just start dating someone straight away, you can’t trust them,' she went on, adding she hasn't been on dates yet and isn't too fussed on actively 'looking' for love, preferring for it to unfold by itself if it's meant to be.
The comments come after Lana skipped town and headed on a relaxing vacation to Bali to heal her heart after the show stopped airing last month.

Gym owner Sam had chosen single mother Snezana to start a life with, over Lana.
Lana was a newcomer on the show and entered the season approximately half way through.
When Sam let Lana down on the final episode, he said: 'I really do think you're the perfect girl... I just don't know if you're the perfect girl for me,' he said in part of his final goodbyes.
Lana, crushed, responded: 'Thank you for everything, it's been crazy and fun and wild adventure,' before walking off and huddling near a tree and asking the camera crew to not film her.

Last month, after the finale had aired, Lana appeared on Studio 10 with some of her fellow co-stars from the season, and burst into tears on the show.
She said she well and truly thought Sam would choose her as his partner.
Lana, who is the best friend of model Laura Dundovic, revealed how tough it has been for her.
'A lot of people anticipated I would be the girl in the end and it's been hard,' she said, saying she felt 'stuck in that moment' after filming wrapped up and wanted to get on with her life.
In Bali, she showed off her bikini body and reportedly has dropped eight kilograms after the show, thanks to working out and going on a detox while overseas.
