Strictly favourite Jay McGuiness and competitor Anita Rani mask their nerves as they head out to the big live show
After weeks of sweeping to the top of the leader board, his last performance on Strictly Come Dancing was slammed.
Yet Jay McGuiness put on a brave face as he left his London hotel to head to final rehearsals before Saturday's live episode of the BBC show, while he was followed by his fellow celebrities, including Kellie Bright and Karen Clifton, who went make-up free.
The 25-year-old pop star, who is paired with professional dancer Aliona Vilani, looked laid-back as he went for a comfortable-cool ensemble in a grey slash neck top, skinny black jeans and trainers.

Peace out: After last week's negative reviews Jay McGuiness put on a brave face as he left his London hotel to head to final rehearsals before Saturday's live episode of the BBC show
Last week, Jay, who found fame in popular boy band The Wanted, was brought crashing down to earth after weeks of sensational performances which left him as a fan favourite to win the show.
During a complicated quickstep to the tune of The Who's 1965 hit My Generation, he displayed clumsy footwork which led to disparaging comments from the judges.
He was awarded a meagre 5,7, 6,7, which tallied-up to just 25 points, to which he humbly responded: 'All of those points are valid. I knew I messed up, but once you start making mistakes it's hard to get back on track.'

Getting ready: Countryfile presenter Anita Rani, who is paired with sexy professional Gleb Savchenko, went for a baggy look in ripped jeans, a loose cardigan and a white vest which gave a glimpse of her neon pink bra
Colleagues: Diminutive former Coronation Street star Georgia May Foote walked out of the hotel alongside Jay in an all-black ensemble - a much more basic look than she is no doubt set to sport on the dancefloor later in the night
Despite this, as he stepped out ahead of this week's show the handsome singer had his game face on while flashing a peace sign at waiting photographers.
His recently sheared hair was worn in a trendy, shaggy quiff with short sides while he sported a laid-back, taupe-coloured, slash neck T-shirt which boasted long sleeves and a pocket on the breast.
Jay added a cool edge to the look with a camel-coloured rucksack with skinny jeans and on-trend Nike trainers, while he clutched the Jewish News newspaper.
Getting ready: Professional dancer Karen Clifton, who is paired with broadcaster Jeremy Vine, showed off her flawless complexion as she gave her skin a break from make-up and scraped her hair into a simple high bun
All-black: The stunning star, who is married to fellow Strictly dancer Kevin Clifton, looked cosy in a wet-look, roll-neck cape-style jumper, with skin-tight black leggings and over-the-knee leather boots while adding a celebrity touch to the look with a Louis Vuitton, checked tote bag
Following Jay out of their temporary hotel digs were the Strictly ladies, who opted to forego cosmetics ahead of being glammed up in sequins and heavy make-up for the notoriously glitzy show.

The stars lost Daniel O'Donnell in last week's episode and so the competition has most likely been getting stronger and the nerves more intense.
