She might be relatively new to Home and Away.

But things are certainly heating up in Summer Bay for Sam Frost. 

The former Bachelorette was spotted on Tuesday at Sydney's Palm Beach, filming some steamy scenes for the show, with co-star Jake Ryan.

Sam was dressed in white and beige high-waisted shorts with a blue lace singlet top, that was tied up in a knot. 

The blonde had her hair out and over her shoulders, and wore natural looking makeup. 

Her co-star Jake meanwhile, was dressed in a black singlet and dark trousers, with runners.

Sam and Jake are believed to be good friends outside of the show - with the actor reportedly giving the former Bachelorette star tips on how to deal with the pressures of fame.

'Jake has been giving Sam advice on how to deal with the negativity, which comes with starring on such a huge show,' a source told Woman's Day last October.

The insider added: 'They often catch up off screen and really make each other laugh.'
