'I'm absolutely loving weight training at the moment. I do two personal training sessions a week working on my lower body, and then I do a weight training class with about six other girls, which is mostly upper body,' Elyse revealed.
'I do high-intensity interval training classes as well. I also walk the dog every day on the beach. But if I need a day off the gym, if I'm tired or not feeling it, I listen to my body,' she added.
Elyse complements her gym routine with a very clean diet consisting of a smoothie bowl with cinnamon and coconut for breakfast, almonds as a snack, a salmon salad for lunch and lean protein and vegetables for dinner.

Earlier this month, swimwear label Seafolly released a series of stunning campaign photos of Elyse posing up a storm in stylish bikinis.
The Melbourne model told The Daily Telegraph earlier this month that becoming the face of Seafolly was a 'major accomplishment' for her.
Elyse, who pocketed $547,000 along with boyfriend Josh Barker on The Block last year, joins a long of famous names who have been associated with the brand.
Supermodels Miranda Kerr, Gigi Hadid, Shanina Shaik and Jessica Hart have all modelled for Seafolly in the past.

'All my idols who I have ever looked up to have all been the face of Seafolly,' she said.
Elyse added that she once day dreamed about appearing in a Seafolly campaign.
'I used to stand in the store and wish that one day it could be me and now it is my time and I have goosebumps talking about it,' she revealed.
Seafolly's latest swimwear campaign has been launched in more than 20 countries.
