PHILIPPINES PRESS-San Miguel, Metro Pacific looking to bid for $798 mln expressway project-Inquirer
San Miguel Corp, Metro Pacific Investments Corp and a third group have acquired bid documents for the re-auction of the 35.4 billion pesos ($797.66 million) Cavite-Laguna Expressway project, the Philippine Daily Inquirer reported, citing a government source.
