Getting the 3 ton Premium, “up to” 20 SEER Unfortunately the 18SEER 3 ton with 3 ton air handler didn’t meet the energy star reqs so no tax credit, didn’t want to risk only 2 ton air handler. Tradeoff is 18 can go down to 26%, 20 only down to 33%. Edit: I’m excited to ditch the gas furnace.

Yes and no. It’s not like fast charging is so highly demanded within DC proper with the short drives and all the highways surrounding DC have choices. But it could be better, in particular a lot more L2 density in the parking garages. DC real estate is expensive unfortunately.
