سلسلہ وار قاتل (انگریزی: Serial killer) وہ شخص جو تین یا اس سے زیادہ افراد کو قتل کرے، [1][2] عام طور پر غیر معمولی نفسیاتی تسکین حاصل کرنے کے لیے، جہاں قتل ایک مہینے سے زیادہ عرصے یا خاص وقفہ (ایک عرصہ) کے بعد ہو رہے ہوں۔ [2]

مختلف حکام کی جانب سے سلسلہ وار قاتل کے لیے مختلف معیاروں کا اطلاق کیا جاتا ہے، [3] عموماً اس کے لیے تین قتل کی حد مقرر کی جاتی ہے، جبکہ بعض چار یا دو کی حد تسلیم کرتے ہیں۔
