Multi-millionaire Barbara Corcoran owns a $15 million penthouse in New York City, but she has admitted that she prefers to live in a nearly $1 million mobile home located in a luxurious trailer park in Los Angeles.
The Shark Tank investor, 74, gave TikTok star Caleb Simpson, 31, a tour of her double-wide in Pacific Palisades for his viral video series exploring interesting living spaces in New York City and around the world.
Simpson caught up with Corcoran, who walked him through her Manhattan apartment nearly a year ago, while she was taking her trash out.
'Who would have thought Barbara Corcoran would have her own trailer?' he asked at the start of the video.

'Who would have thought Barbara Corcoran would have her own trailer?' Simpson asked as she walked him up the stairs. 'It's called a double-wide,' she corrected him
'It's called a double-wide,' she corrected him.
From the outside, the property looks like any other mobile home with its cream siding, blue shutters, and wood steps leading to the front door.
But the inside is an impeccably decorated tranquil oasis featuring floor-to-ceiling glass doors and a terrace overlooking the ocean.
'Here's my Taj Mahal,' Corcoran said after opening the Dutch door to her home away from home. 'Everything's little.'
The businesswoman told Simpson that she spent $800,000 on the home itself and then put another $150,000 into it.
'So you're in a million-dollar home,' she noted.
The spacious mobile home's open floor plan features a large living room, a dining area, and a small kitchen with additional counter seating.
Keeping with the home's California vibe, she has a cream U-shaped sectional with a brown rattan coffee table and a round white dining room table with rattan chairs.

Corcoran noted that her blue and white kitchen tile is the leftover tile from her $15 million penthouse in New York City
'Does this tile look familiar to you?' she asked Simpson, pointing to her kitchen. 'It's my leftover tile from New York.'
The navy and white tile is paired with white cabinets, natural wood counters, and a light blue Smeg refrigerator, which she adores.
'Look how little it is,' she gushed, opening the door. 'It only has wine in it.'
'I think I like this more than the New York City home,' Simpson admitted.
'So do I!' Corcoran agreed.
The next stop on the tour was the main bathroom, which features a sink, a toilet, and a large shower with glass doors.
'I put a full-force head on that shower,' she noted.
Corcoran let Simpson jump on her bed in the primary suite — just like she did when he toured her New York City penthouse.

Corcoran paired-down bedroom features white furniture, a tan rug, and pale pink bedding
The airy bedroom gets plenty of sunlight and has doors leading to the outdoor terrace. It also boasts its own bathroom with a large soaking tub.
'I paid more for this than I paid for all my furniture,' she admitted, but she is likely getting her money's worth.
'Two baths a day, right?' Simpson asked.
'How do you know I take two baths?' she replied.
Corcoran's second bedroom has a large bed and two nightstands, but she seemed to favor the half bedroom, which has a bed pushed up against the window.
'I adore this bedroom,' she said.
Corcoran and Simpson then stepped out to the deck, which has an outdoor table and lounge chairs.
'You're a terrace girl,' he noted.

'I am,' she confirmed. 'I should live outside, really.'
Corcoran said it was the view of the ocean that made her determined to buy this particular double-wide.
'I saw this trailer park, and I liked this one the best because it had the best view, I thought,' she explained, saying she knocked on the door and offered to buy it.
The previous owner told her she would be willing to sell it in a year, but the investor gave her an offer she couldn't refuse.
'I said, "No, I really want it now." I said, "But what if you can use it whenever you want — for your life?"' she recalled. 'And she said, "Yeah, that'll be good," and she sold it to me.'
After the tour, the Shark Tank star put Simpson and his cameraman to work by having them hang a mirror for her in the spare bedroom.
Corcoran grew up in a working-class family in Edgewater, New Jersey, and went on to form her own real estate brokerage firm, The Corcoran Group, which she sold for $66 million in 2001.

A number of people shared how much they loved Simpson and Corcoran's playful banter and friendship.
Others were admittedly impressed that the self-made millionaire lives in a trailer park — albeit a ritzy one.
'I love that she could EASILY afford a seaside mansion, but opts for a trailer with a view,' one TikTok user shared.
'Love the home, but [a] million dollar beachfront trailer park is something that can only exist in LA,' someone else noted.
'Most down to earth lady,' another added.
