Gilmore Girls fans were abuzz after a series of photos posted to social media showed the stars on the set of the beloved series.
Snaps shared to Instagram by fan favorites Scott Patterson, Sean Gunn and Lauren Graham, teased 'something special' happening on December 3, much to the delight of eager viewers.
The series of images included a snap of a cup of coffee at Luke's Diner, run by charmingly grumpy Luke Danes, played by Patterson.
Gunn, who played Stars Hollow misfit Kirk, posted a photo of the iconic gazebo and the Stars Hollow sign, to his Instagram, writing: 'Kirk's 63rd job? Find out on 12/3.'
Graham then also shared a picture of a snowy Stars Hollow street, writing: 'I've got something brewing,' a wink to her character, Lorelai Gilmore, and her coffee habit.
All of the posts included the hashtag #WalmartPartner, with many fans guessing it was a Walmart commercial - but were excited nonetheless.
'The Gilmore Girls cast posting about Gilmore Girls in the year 2024… I'm so up,' a user wrote, sharing screenshots of the posts.
'Ughhhhh I don’t want a f**king Walmart commercial. I want to know what happens to Rory and Logan!!! And Luke and Lorelei!!!!!!!' requested another fan.

'Rory's baby better be there!!!!!!!!!!!!' someone else excitedly wrote, referencing the final four words of the 2016 reunion, where Rory reveals to her mom she's pregnant.
'I can’t take another false hope for a commercial. Modern Family did the same thing,' another fan whined.
'It’s going to be like that Mean Girls commercial from last year but honestly that was so fetch I’d be willing to see what they do with GG,' someone else enthused.
In 2023, nearly 20 years after the release of the original film, the cast of Mean Girls reunited for an epic series of Walmart commercials promoting the retail giant's upcoming Black Friday deals - but with a 'Plastic' twist.
The wild commercial saw original cast members Lindsay Lohan, Amanda Seyfried, Lacey Chabert, and more return to North Shore High School, but now as adults with real careers and responsibilities.
Gilmore Girls premiered in 2000 on the WB, with the series finale in 2007 on The CW.
A four part Gilmore Girls special aired on Netflix in 2016 and picked up nine years after the series ended.
That special also ended with the cliffhanger - with Rory revealing she was pregnant in the last seconds of the limited series.

It ran for seven seasons chronicling the lives of Lorelai and Rory Gilmore, a mother and daughter with just a 17-year age difference living in a town called Stars Hollow.
Lorelai's relationship with her wealthy parents, played by Bishop and the late Edward Hermann, is strained at best but both sides do their best to try to get along.
The star-studded cast included Melissa McCarthy, Milo Ventimiglia, Jared Padalecki, Chad Michael Murray, Adam Brody, and Kelly Bishop.
In June, Graham shared an adorable photo to her Instagram with her former co-star Kelly Bishop.
Kelly, 80, played Emily Gilmore, the matriarch of the Gilmore family, mother to Lauren's Lorelai and grandmother to Alexis Bledel's Rory in the drama.
'Here’s to the ladies who lunch. #Kelly,' the Parenthood star, 57, captioned the post.
