Peter Thomas Roth is famous for his eponymous skincare line - but now, his 101-year-old mother has become an unexpected viral star thanks to her youthful complexion and glamorous sense of style.
It all began after Peter's son Ryan Roth, 26, based in New York City, shared a video shopping with his Hungarian grandmother Carole on TikTok.
Suddenly, she was transformed into an online sensation as millions fell in love with her spunky personality and ageless looks.
The video received 1.1 million views and more than 7,400 comments from people who praised her fashion choices and begged for beauty tips.
'We have to see pictures of her when she was young!' one follower wrote.
'She's literal perfection,' another complimented.
DailyMail.com caught up with Ryan after he returned from visiting his grandmother in South Florida to talk about how she's reacting to her overnight fame - and why she won't take off her brand new $3,200 sequined Balmain dress.
He explained that the video came about after Peter received a $250 gift card in the mail from Saks, and the family visited the luxurious Bal Harbour Shops in Miami together over Thanksgiving.

In the video, they rolled Carole in a wheelchair through the mall and looked at daring designer outfits. She then tried on a slew of stunning ensembles and shared her thoughts on each one
Ryan said his grandmother was 'a really big shopper in her day,' and loves glitzy glam, but added that she hasn't really shopped for the last 10 years on her own - so they 'always have to go out of their way to make sure that she gets something.'

She then tried on a slew of stunning ensembles and shared her thoughts on each one.
'I feel like a cow,' she joked while trying on a Zimmerman dress.
'Once you wear it everyone's going to talk about it,' she said about a blue dress, before she boldly declared that it was a piece you could only wear once.
'My grandmother has it,' she joked about a polka dot dress, adding that while she's old, it would make her look even older.
Carole fell in love with a silver sequined Balmain dress that she at first thought was too expensive - but much to her newfound fans' delight, she ended up buying it, and has been filming videos in it ever since.
'We were going to get her a scarf or something and then she got a really crazy Balmain dress,' Ryan, who's the Director of Influencer Marketing at Peter Thomas Roth, joked.

Ryan told DailyMail.com that his grandmother was 'a really big shopper in her day,' and loves glitzy glam
Ryan posted the video, went to bed, and awoke to five million views. He quickly woke up Carole, who sleeps until 2 in the afternoon, to tell her that she was now famous.
While she usually has to read the newspaper, watch TV, and make coffee, she zipped out of bed to go shopping again and create more content.
After people realized that Carole's son was anti-aging skincare guru Peter, it only added to her newfound popularity.
Now, Google searches for the brand are the highest they've been all year.
Ryan revealed that most comments are something like, 'Okay, you're 101, you look amazing. What's the skincare routine?' making the TikToks the ultimate unconventional (and unplanned) marketing technique.
It also helps that Carole is 'religious' about using her son's skincare brand.
'I'm not kidding, you open her sock drawer and skincare falls out,' Ryan divulged.
'She's a "more is more" kind of gal,' he continued, adding that in many of the videos, she's often seen saying she doesn't know the price of any products because she receives all of them for free.

Carole's also a fan of the Potent-C Power Serum ($105) and Instant FIRMx Collagen Bounce Stick - Sheer Glow ($36).
After the first video, Ryan and his grandmother went back to the mall and Carole jokingly asked if she'd get recognized - and to her surprise, it happened three times that day.
When someone told her they saw her on TikTok, her immediate response was 'How do I look?'
'The trick to getting older is being vain, because as soon as you give up, you give up,' Ryan revealed.

Now, Ryan has to return to Florida to film more content with his grandmother, and he even stayed later after Thanksgiving just to make more TikToks

'It's such a sweet experience for both of us, I love how we have this special bond,' Ryan said, who is shown above with his family

She's even started to land brand deals thanks to her online fame, as Alice + Olivia invited her in to pick out whatever she wanted.
'She could not believe it,' Ryan said, joking that she's a 'working gal' now, getting millions of views on the sponsored videos.
During the Alice + Olivia shopping trip, Carole kept confirming in Hungarian that the clothes were really free and asked him to thank the brand repeatedly.
She has also gained celebrity fans, including Paris Hilton, who comments on many of her videos.
