Megyn Kelly described the mob of admirers gushing over Luigi Mangione's looks as 'gross' and 'sick.'
During her Tuesday episode of The Megyn Kelly Show podcast, she slammed the slew of internet users who have called the alleged assassin attractive and their 'hero.'
'It's just so gross,' she exclaimed.
'Can I just say I'm really over this nonsense, this guy is not a hero at all, we should not be lauding his good looks - which really aren't existent - all over the internet.'
Mangione, who was arrested and charged with the murder of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, has received heaps of support from fans calling for him to be freed and commenting on his good looks.
'Need him bad,' one user posted on X alongside photos of a smiling Mangione.
Another user who has posted a series of pro-Mangione messages and photos on the platform said: 'good luck finding 12 jury members that don't want to f*ck him.'
Added another commenter: 'Luigi Mangione got the full package, free him.'

'These people are f****ing sick, sorry' Kelly said of his supporters.
'They're sick. It's just so gross.'
She also accused Libertarian strategist Tim Miller of talking about 'how he wants to get together with this guy.'
Kelly did not specify what statement she was referring to, but on a Tuesday episode of his podcast The Bulwark, Miller said: 'There’s a lot to unpack here, including his six-pack, would be among the things you need to unpack.
'He's a very attractive man, and there are a lot of texts about that … He's blowing up on the gay group chats. The gay group chats are on fire right now.'
Many agreed with Kelly's sentiment that no one should be celebrating an accused murderer.
One person wrote: 'You are right and you do not have to apologize, they are F**ING sick! I am happy someone says what it really is instead of sugar coating this s**t!'
'I can’t believe this is our country right now. I'm absolutely blown away,' another responded to a flattering post about Mangione.
Despite being accused of murder, the internet has been flooded with people celebrating the 26-year-old
Thompson, 50, was gunned down in front of a Midtown Hilton hotel on December 4, sparking a manhunt for the suspect.
Mangione, 26, was arrested at a Pennsylvania McDonald's on Monday after a staff member identified him.
Sources told DailyMail.com that several staff members noticed the masked man, who sat quietly while reading after ordering a drink.
When police arrived, they found the suspect wearing a mask and using his laptop with his backpack on the floor near the table, according to charging documents.
As soon as he pulled down the mask, rookie Altoona Police Officer Tyler Frye said he and his partner immediately recognized him as the suspect accused of gunning down Thompson on December 4.
'We just didn't think twice about it,' Frye told reporters at a news conference Monday night.
'We knew that was our guy.'
Police said Mangione, who is from Maryland, gave them a fake driver's license, listing him as someone named Mark Rosario from New Jersey.
He was also detained with a 'ghost gun,' bullets, other fake IDs and cash.
The former Ivy League student is being held in a Pennsylvania jail while he is fighting extradition to New York.
His lawyer claimed there was no evidence at the scene connecting Mangione to the murder.
But fingerprints found at the scene of the murder match those of the suspected killer, according to police.
