RHOSLC cast member admits to 'bold face lies' after being accused of living 'double life'

Bravo brought Season 5 of Real Housewives of Salt Lake City to an end with the third and final part of the show's reunion on Wednesday, where one cast member admitted to 'bold-faced lies.'
That same cast member was also accused of 'living a double life' at least when it comes to the Mormon church.
This woman portrays herself as an upstanding member of the Mormon church... but yet she still drinks alcohol and engages in pre-marital sex, which are both forbidden by the church.
While this Housewife didn't necessarily agree with the notion that she was living a double life, others defended her.
She did admit that she told a 'bold face lie' to the group when it came to a physical relationship she denied having most of the season, before ultimately admitting.
The Housewife who admitted to those lies was none other than new cast member Britani Bateman, whose lies left many fans on social media divided.

Britani was brought on as a 'friend' to the Housewives, along with another new 'friend' Melli Workman and new main cast member Bronwyn Newport.
A lot of the drama around Britani centered on an episode where Angie Katsanevas brought a bottle of wine to Britani's prayer group, which she complained about later... even though Angie and other housewives knew she drank alcohol.
Angie then told the group what she had mentioned earlier, that she was seeing three different guys, which lead into a whole debacle about slut-shaming and 'high body count hair.'
When asked to elaborate on comments she made during an after-show, Heather Gay flat-out said, 'Britani is living a double life,' though Britani insisted she wasn't.
'She's an active Mormon. And to be an active Mormon and not get kicked out of the church, you can't have sex and you can't drink. And you're doing both,' as Britani insisted, 'That's not true. It's up to the bishop.'
Bronwyn said she grew up as a Mormon and she agreed with Heather, as Angie called Britani out and said she's, 'not a true Mormon,' which lead to an argument.
When Britani finally fessed up to having a physical relationship with Jared, she was embraced by the group, and she admitted crying while watching that.
Mary didn't understand why she said that in the first place, as Britani explained, "I did because that was the one thing I actually lied. I actually lied to everyone.'

'I said that just to show good faith. I was trying to say, look, I wasn't secretly recording you, but I did lie about this. I mean, I blatantly, bold-face lied,' she said, referring to her physical relationship with Jared.

It has yet to be confirmed which cast members of Bravo's Real Housewives of Salt Lake City will return for Season 6.
