Maria Bello shared a startling video of the thick smoke clouds blanketing the sky over the Brentwood Country Mart amid the deadly wildfires raging across Los Angeles.
While sharing a view of the ritzy shopping center, which is home to a number of stores including Goop's first-ever permanent brick-and-mortar store, the actress, 57, called the scene 'devastating.'
'This will take years to rebuild,' she captioned the footage, which showed dark clouds of smoke blowing down from the hills of the Pacific Palisades toward Brentwood and other neighboring cities in Los Angeles County.
In the recording, shared on Thursday, she told her followers that this is 'just above the Brentwood Country Mart' as she panned to the sky and around the parking lot.
Later in the day, she returned to Instagram to encourage her followers to make a donation to Global Empowerment Mission, founded by Michael Capponi.
'Hi everybody, from LA. I'm sure you're all aware of what is going on here. It's truly truly devastating to our community and everybody is reaching out to ask what they can do,' she began. 'Please go to the Global Empowerment Mission. I have seen first hand their hard work in Haiti and in disaster zones.

She continued: 'They are truly incredible. 100 percent of the money they raise goes right to the people. They will be one of the first organzations here and they will be one of the last to leave. Truly an incredibly group.'
Bello, best known for her roles in NBC's hit series ER and the drama NCIS, ended the video by asking for prayers.
The star captioned her post: 'I’ve worked side by side with @globalempowermentmission in a disaster zone in Haiti. They have more of a handle on how to navigate disasters than any group I’ve ever seen. If you feel helpless like we all do right now and want to help please donate.'
In December 2019, the Coyote Ugly star purchased a home in Los Angeles. Four years later, Bello listed her Hollywood Hills home.
It is unclear where in Southern California she and her wife, Dominique Crenn, currently reside.
Bello and Crenn wed, last year, during a 'bohemian, chic' ceremony in Cabo San Lucas with 140 loved ones in attendance.
The couple first went public in 2020 with their relationship as they announced they had gotten engaged the previous year.
Their guest list included Mariska Hargitay, Gavin Rossdale, Vanessa Getty and Oscar-winner Patricia Arquette.

The brides spent a chunk of their engagement in Mexico during the COVID-19 lockdowns, and the nation became their 'home away from home,' they said.
For their venue, they selected the Montage Los Cabos in Cabo San Lucas, which they fell in love with in part because of the 'stunning' vistas on view.
During the ceremony, Dominique arrived to the Prince song KISS, accompanied by her 10-year-old daughters from a previous marriage and by her ex-mother-in-law, who is the children's grandmother.
Maria then appeared to Burna Boy's Time Flies, along with her son Jackson McDermott, 23, whom she had with studio executive Dan McDermott.
For her grand entrance at her wedding ceremony, Maria was also joined by her mother Kathy Bello, a teacher and nurse.
I Wanna Dance With Somebody by Whitney Houston played at the end of the official ceremony, after which the reception took place, with the two brides embarking on their first dance to Dancing Queen by ABBA.

Dominique, the first woman chef to earn three Michelin stars in the United States, got engaged to Maria in December 2019 while on holiday in Paris.
Early in their relationship, the couple weathered a frightening storm together when Dominique was diagnosed with breast cancer.
Dominique recalled that upon hearing the news, Maria told her: 'I’m here and I’m going to be here for all the time during the time of this.'
'Listen, I just knew. I just knew and so did she,' Maria explained to People, saying she had 'never smiled as much' before as she did during her time with Dominique.
They announced their engagement at Elton John's Oscars viewing party in February 2020, and later that night posed side by side at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party.
