Geordie Shore is heading back to screens once again with loyal fans craving the new installment almost 15 years since the series began back in 2011. 

However, viewers are already in shock after watching the trailer as they commented that some cast members look unrecognisable and asked: 'What's happened to all their faces!'

Returning star Ricci Guarnaccio has now admitted he is 'addicted to filler' as has spent more than £50,000 on plastic surgery.

Yet he is by no means the only Geordie Shore star to go under the knife with most of the cast partial to a range of tweakments throughout the years. 

Leaving most of their partying years behind, many of the cast have now expressed their regret towards cosmetic surgery as they admit they were 'vulnerable' and often victims of cruel trolling.  

So from boob jobs, lip and jaw filler, veneers, hair transplants and even a penis enhancement we take a look back at the changing faces of the Geordie Shore stars.

Chloe Ferry, 29

Chloe burst onto the MTV show in 2015 as a fresh-faced 19-year-old and threw herself into the boozing, bedding and brawling ethos of the show.

And she wasted no time booking her in for plastic surgery, admitting in 2016 that she didn't like her natural look and thought she was 'ugly'. 

The reality star has spent more than £50,000 on treatments, which includes three boob jobs. 

She first began receiving Botox injections at the age of 19 to maintain a wrinkle-free visage and a year later, she underwent an eyebrow lift to elevate her brows and tighten her forehead.

Chloe also had two nose jobs and achieved the iconic Kylie Jenner pout with the help of lip fillers.

Less invasive procedures also include an eyebrow lift, dental veneers, dermal cheek fillers and Botox. 

In 2021 she insisted that she was 'done' with surgery because she 'wanted to be taken seriously' yet the following year she went back under the knife for a fox eye facelift that went wrong and left her with permanent scarring. 

Last June Chloe then underwent a procedure to fix the botched surgery scar on her face, after admitting the damage 'ruined her life.'

And now Chloe appears to be turning her back on cosmetic procedures after she told followers she was in surgery to reverse more botched surgeries after revealing she suffered 'depression' from being body shamed by trolls.

Thanking fans for their support, Chloe shared a snap from her hospital bed last month as she penned: 'My corrective surgery went to plan and now I’m on the road to recovery. I appreciate every single one of you and I can not wait to share my results with you all.'

She admitted she was 'naive and vulnerable' as she was offered surgeries while still a teenager which she went through with as she believed it would 'solve all my problems'. 

It is currently unknown which surgeries she underwent. MailOnline has contacted Chloe's reps for comment.

In a candid statement she also wrote: 'Being put into the public eye at 19 years old was very daunting, I was naive and vulnerable.

'I was ridiculed for my looks and my weight amongst other numerous insults through social media and the press which affected my mental health and confidence massively, the young woman I once loved being become self conscious looking for perfection.'

She continued: 'With this attention came offers of cosmetic surgery which I thought would solve all my problems, give me back my spark and self love, this wasn't the case.

'I suffered more depression, anxiety as well as physical discomfort. A decision made without understanding the pros and cons, a decision made on me hoping it would make me feel whole again.

'After years of working on my inner self, I feel like I've grown and entered a new stage of my life where I want to be transparent with my followers and take you along in a journey to correct my previous work and educate you all on the harsh truth of what I have endured alone for so long.

'I want young woman and men to lean from my mistakes and have a better understanding of cosmetic surgery'

Now Chloe appears to be turning her back on cosmetic procedures after she told followers she was in surgery to reverse more botched surgeries

Writing a statement, Chloe penned: 'I'm writing this post as I'd like to share with you all something personal to me that I have never publicly addressed. Something I don't speak about as it was a sensitive topic'

Charlotte Crosby, 34

Charlotte's life couldn't look more different from her wild party days back in the original seasons of the MTV series after the star and her fiancé Jake Ankers welcomed their second daughter Pixi Cecilia earlier this month. 

The couple already share two-year-old daughter Alba Jean, and Charlotte has cited her daughter as a reason why she chose to take a U-turn on her cosmetic procedures. 

Charlotte has been open about her many procedures over the years, starting her surgery journey with a nose job in 2016 after being mocked by Geordie Shore viewers. 

The following year she underwent surgery to correct 'uniboob' after she was body-shamed by vicious online trolls. 

The reality sensation - who suffers from a medical condition called congenital symmastia - admitted that she would also compare herself to other girls, leading her to undergo the corrective surgery.

Charlotte was also a fan of lip fillers before she got them dissolved back in 2023 after giving birth to Alba after she was left shocked by how much they had swollen. 

Taking to Instagram at the time she told fans: 'Just been looking through old pics and I actually CANNOT believe how big my lips got towards the end of my pregnancy!

'That is truly awful. I actually look ridiculous.'

She continued: 'It was really hard to get used to having all of my lips dissolved. But my god looking at my old lips compared to my lips now has made me realise I never ever wanna go back!'

The reality TV star also admitted she made the decision to have them dissolved for fear her daughter wouldn't be able to see her face over her 'humongous lips'. 

Speaking on the Nova Podcast, Charlotte explained: 'I did not get my lips dissolved because of trolls, because quite frankly, I've been trolled for so long about them and I did not care. 

'I absolutely love my lips, but it got to the point, after pregnancy they had swelled a lot. Like in pregnancy you have a lot of water retention.

'Everything swells, you know your ankles, your face, your wrists, your fingers, your toes, like everything swells in pregnancy.

'I watched Geordie Shore reunion and I was watching it and I was like, "I look ridiculous". For the first time, I was like "I look ridiculous". 

'And obviously I've had a little girl now, you know what I mean? I thought to myself when I was watching myself on TV, and when I'm up in my little girl's face... and I'm going [baby babble], and I'm doing all these silly noises, can she even see us over them humongous lips?

'Can she even see who I am as a person? Eight years I'd been getting my lips done. That's a lot of filler in them lips. And I thought it's all got to go.'

Nathan Henry, 33

Nathan burst onto the show in 2015 and quickly became a fan favourite with his happy-go-lucky demeanour and positivity. 

He resisted going under the knife for three years when he then decided to transform himself by getting filler injected in his jawline, cheeks, lips and tear ducts.

Heading to Jennifer Smith Aesthetics in Seaham Nathan shared snaps of the process as he was seen to look bloodied after the injections before he gleefully checked out the results. 

The following year he opted for more jawline fillers to 'chisel' his features and proudly showed off the look. 

Predicting backlash he told his followers: 'Before you self entitled keyboard warriors come forward; I chose to do this because I, ME yes me, because it’s my face and my body, didn’t like how round my Malteser head was.' 

However more recently Nathan has also enhanced another part of his body after he underwent a treatment for his penis. 

Sharing the process with his followers, the reality star headed to Serene Cosmetic for the P-shot treatment. 

The non-surgical treatment involves a few small injections of blood into specific areas of the penis to help improve blood circulation and therefore increase the sensation during orgasm. 

Nathan underwent the procedure last December, and taking to Instagram in January the star revealed he was delighted with the results. 

He explained: 'The size has increased, the girth has increased, the overall sensation is better' as he added how his orgasms now last for much longer. 

'All around I am very happy with the results, I don't regret and I don't know why anyone would.'

Holly Hagan, 32

Holly was so proud of her first 'FF' boob job that she referenced it in her opening title quote. 

Yet she's since been very candid about the perils of plastic surgery, admitting that going under the knife made her feel worse about herself, despite spending £30,000 on surgery. 

During her time on the show, Holly had lip fillers, Botox injections, two more breast operations, jaw fillers, nose fillers and a non-surgical bum lift.

She had her first boob job at age 18, which cost her £4,000 on finance, and less than a year later she went under knife again, going from a FF to a GG.

Asked how her love of cosmetic surgery affected her mindset, Holly previously said: 'Surgery made my body image 1000 x worse. I went in with the expectations that I was going to finally be happy and have the perfect body after.

'Not only have I end up heavier than I've ever been after two months, but I was twice as wide too. I looked awful and it was upsetting.

'I had so much guilt and shame that I spent so much money and looked worse than before.'

In a previous clip, Holly told fans she had had two Brazilian Butt Lifts and shared her regret with fans in the hope to helping 'one person reconsider surgery.'

She continued: 'The first video was after not one but TWO rounds of BBL. I didn't go into these surgeries lightly. It took years of appearance based abuse before I finally decided enough was enough and I was going to get the body of my dreams! How wrong was I!

'I would get messages weekly offering free surgery. Do you know how tempting that is for a 22 year old with a lifetime of weight issues and an ED who wants to stop being bullied for being fat? Very bloody tempting however I didn't want to ever promote it so I paid.

'I have always just said surgery generically because I never wanted anyone to go and copy what I did and be left unhappy, especially after learning how dangerous the procedure actually is.'

Since her wild partying days Holly has welcomed her son Alpha-Jax with her husband Jacob Blyth. 

Now committed to a healthy life style, last month Holly shared her 30lbs weight loss as she shared details of her six month health journey. 

She told fans: 'This was my own 6 month journey from last year eating everything I love within my calorie target, 10k steps per day and a few 20 minute workouts for fun!'

Sophie Kasaei, 35 

Original cast member Sophie admitted that appearing on the show left her feeling insecure about her appearance and she caved in to surgery after being offered free procedures abroad. 

In her 20s she underwent a boob job and Brazilian Bum Lift but revealed she had the second procedure in a run-down hospital in Turkey. 

She also developed an addiction to lip fillers, revealing one time the process went wrong and she was left looking like 'the elephant man.' 

In 2022 she underwent a breast reduction to bring her E-cup assets down to a C-cup as well as a a reverse tummy tuck and corrective work to her Brazilian Bum Lift (BBL) procedure.

She told her followers: 'The feeling I have now is worth it, all breasts and bodies are beautiful but this was my own personal decision after years of thought and suffering with severe pain in my neck shoulders and back.' 

Meanwhile last February Sophie revealed she 'almost died' after undergoing the botched BBL in Turkey as she admitted the 'traumatic' procedure 'nearly killed her'.

The TV personality suffered a life-threatening abscess which led to her having emergency surgery to drain one litre of puss on her left bumcheek. 

She said: 'It was just hell. I felt ill, I couldn't walk, my whole leg was numb. I couldn't even sit on it. It was just absolute agony.'

Marnie Simpson, 33

While Marnie may have prided herself on her natural looks when she first started on Geordie Shore, she soon found herself going under the knife. 

Her appearance quickly became altered so much that she was blocked at passport control because the e-passport scanner did not recognise her facial features.

She got her first nose job in 2014, a year after joining the show and went on to have two more. 

The following year she went under the knife for a boob uplift, but the surgery left her with painful sores that she had to fixed on the TV show, Botched Up Bodies. 

She has also dabbled with fillers, getting injections in her lips, cheeks and bottom.  

The mother-of-two was diagnosed with body dysmorphia and said that she's 'learned a big lesson' from her numerous cosmetic procedures. 

The brunette beauty told Closer: 'I regret my lips. If I could go back in time, I wouldn't have touched them. I haven't had lip fillers in a long time - I got them all removed. 

'A doctor told me I've destroyed my natural lip line from the constant fillers, so I'll never be completely happy with my lips. Obviously, I've learned a big lesson and it's tough.'   

As well as accepting the pitfalls to her plethora of procedures, Marnie admitted that the idea of going under the knife again terrifies her after learning of British mother-of-three Leah Cambridge death following her bum lift in Turkey in August.

She said: 'It really affected me, hearing about the things that have happened to young girls, so I'm scared to ever do it again myself. Surgery is just too risky.'

Kyle Christie, 32

In 2016, Kyle quit Geordie Shore and underwent a nose job, admitting he had always felt insecure about it after breaking his nose at a young age. 

He opted for a hair transplant at the same time to sort out his receding hairline.  

The following year, Kyle splashed out £9,000 for a beard transplant to fill out his 'sparse' facial stubble and accentuate the hair transplant he received last year.

Speaking about his procedures, he confessed: 'It doesn’t make you happy, you’ve just got to love yourself. I’m not happier, I just feel more comfortable with my looks.'

Jay Gardner, 38 

Jay always prioritised his appearance on Geordie Shore, even referencing his fear of wrinkles in his opening line. 

He spent hours in the gym working on his muscular frame but after struggling with a stubborn pocket of fat he underwent liposuction.  

The reality star also had fillers in his chin to define his jawline, saying it 'was important for me to be looking my best', due to his public profile. 

In 2023, Jay also raved about the results of non surgical hair loss tattooing, crediting it with filling out his hairline.

Abbie Holborn, 27 

Abbie joined the show in 2017 at the age of 20 and admitted she was already 'addicted' to plastic surgery months after just one season on the show.

Prior to appearing on the show she had a boob job but had no plans for further work.

Yet within months of finding fame she underwent eight cosmetic procedures,  including lip, jaw and chin fillers, Botox, veneers and getting her eyebrows tattooed on.

Abbie confessed: 'The annoying thing is I get so many plastic surgery companies offering me procedures for free and it’s hard to say no. It’s a constant battle not to go overboard.' 

And the star is still partial to a cosmetic enhancement after she recently had a top up ahead of jetting to Thailand. 

Showing off her surgically enhanced assets in a plunging swimsuit while on holiday, the star revealed she had gotten Botox, pixie tip and masseter Botox prior to the trip. 

Masseter Botox involves injecting Botox into the masseter muscle in the jaw which is designed to create a more contoured jawline and feminine face shape. 

Meanwhile a pixie tip is a non-surgical procedure that uses dermal filler injections to reshape the nose tip.
