Why so glum? Justin Bieber flashes a peace sign but fails to raise a smile on NYC outing... as star is sued for $100k for 'destroying phone'
He is preparing to perform at the Barclays Center on Wednesday night for his grueling Purpose World Tour.
And Justin Bieber looked tired to say the least as he enjoyed a night off in New York on Tuesday night and stopped by the Pig n Whistle.
While he failed to raise a smile, the 22-year-old star flashed a peace sign at fans as he hopped in a waiting vehicle.

Justin sported a grey sweater and yellow pants with checked loafers on the outing.
He also wore his new Cartier Jaguar pendant necklace that he showed off on Instagram the night of the Met Gala this week.
He captioned the snap: 'Really cool piece #cartier #blessed #workhard #playhard'
The outing came as the Sorry hitmaker is being sued for $100,000 by a man claiming he smashed up his phone.

The incident allegedly happened at the Cle nightclub in Houston, Texas after the plaintiff filmed Bieber spilling ale all over himself during a failed attempt at using a beer bong.
According to TMZ, the lawsuit says the Sorry singer was furious when he realised his botched attempt had been filmed by Robert Earl Morgan.
This is said to have led to the singer to grab the man's cellphone and smash it to smithereens.
In the lawsuit, which was filed by Jason Friedman, the plaintiff claims he never got his SIM card back after his mobile phone was destroyed.

It is even claimed business contacts were lost, which has cost him financially.
The supposed incident occurred on the same night Bieber appeared to extinguish a cigarette on rapper Post Malone's arm.
