A short temper, late-night apology texts and 'not being a team player': Em Rusciano 'b**chy' behaviour at 2Day FM exposed… as claims surface that staff are refusing to work with her
Embattled radio personality Em Rusciano, 39, has spoken candidly about her public image and workplace attitude, describing herself as 'impatient, mean and a b**ch'.
Sensational claims emerged on Wednesday that several 2DayFM staff members have quit after refusing to work with her.
And speaking to Will Anderson on his Wilosophy podcast earlier this month, Em admitted that her mood could indeed 'turn' if she feels taken advantage of.
She revealed: 'Something just goes in my eyes and I become a different person. So I'm not very good at crescendoing my moods.'

'I know that there is a perception of me and I'm hyper-aware of it and I think I'm in a self-fulfilling prophesy with that idea of me... is that I'm difficult or that I'm a diva or I'm to work with or I'm just hard work in general,' Em explained.
It comes after The Daily Telegraph claimed that 'several people' had departed 2Day FM's Em, Grant & Ed radio show while others were seeking new employment.
A source allegedly said: 'Things are at breaking point, people just cannot work with her [Em's] energy. There have been... casualties at the hands of Em Rusciano.'
'I'm impatient and I'm mean and I'm a b'**ch and I'm not a team player': Em spoke candidly about her personality flaws in a podcast interview with Wil Anderson earlier this month
They added: 'The audio producer is now working on another show, the publicist is refusing to work with her and one of the producers has told the company that they are looking for other work.'
Meanwhile, Em insisted that she isn't a 's**t person' during her recent podcast interview with Will Anderson.
She did acknowledge, however, that she isn't always easy to work with.
'I'm impatient and I'm mean and I'm a b'**ch and I'm not a team player. I'm s**t in a team,' she said.
Em added that she is 'anxiety-ridden' and often regrets her behaviour after losing patience with someone at work.

'I lay awake at night going through the day of all the times I was horrible and feel awful and then either send a late-night guilt text or send an email the next day saying "I'm so sorry, I know I was out of line,"' she said.
Em also addressed the 'rumours' about her in the entertainment industry and how breakfast radio 'brings out the worst side of her personality'.
Em's previous 2Day FM co-host, Melbourne comedian Harley Breen, departed the show last November after just one year.
Daily Mail Australia has contacted Em Rusciano and 2Day FM for comment.
