Amazon has released its latest tiny home for sale, and it has two stories and an array of luxury features.
The retail giant is selling the one-bedroom Expandable Container Villa for $49,899.
The prefab house comes with a fully equipped bathroom, plumbing, a water heater, electricity and a kitchen as well as a free bed.
The tiny home even comes with a glass sunroom and external stairs to reach the second floor and has the capacity to have running water and heating installed throughout.
The design, including one living room and a separate kitchen and bathroom, is also expandable should the owners wish to add on more rooms at a later date.
Amazon says the house offers more rooms than the usual living area than a standard prefab home.
It also boasts large PVC sliding windows for 'ample natural lighting.'
All of the doors have locks inbuilt and the external security doors are made of broken bridge aluminium, a high quality building material used to help keep heat in.

This is not the only mini house that Amazon sells, another on the market for $19,000 has two bedrooms, an open-plan living room and kitchen, and bathroom including a toilet and shower.
The pre-fabricated home, mostly made of metal, is framed by a cozy fenced-in porch with stairs leading up to the front door.
The house, made by Emonia, comes with wind protection, fire protection, earthquake resistance, sun protection and rain and moisture resistance, according to the Amazon listing.
The tiny homes may be a tempting option as home prices continue to hit all time highs.
Around 64 percent of American adults own their own home, according to the Federal Reserve.
This figure falls to 36 percent for those who make $50,000 a year or less.
The current 30-year fixed mortgage rate is around 5.8 percent which can also present barriers to buying a more traditional home.
Mortgage rates are on a decline though, having fallen to their lowest level since February 2023, which has significantly reduced monthly payments for homeowners.
