Health Coverage
We offer medical, dental, and vision plans to our US employees and their dependents. Our plans have a nationwide network and we also cover a primary care concierge membership.

We also offer recharge days throughout the year where all of Patreon takes the same day off to "recharge your battery." Do what makes sense for you! Where we work
Our HQ is in San Francisco, and we also have a large team in NY and an office in Porto. Some of our teammates are distributed remotely! For most employees we are hiring in SF and NYC, we are spending two days together in the office every week.
