Pok�mon Party mini is a small collection of various mini-games utilising Pok�mon. In Europe and North America, this game came packaged in with the Pok�mon mini console.

There are eight different applications within this game to play, some of them being games, some being utilities. Each of them has their own title screen as well asThey are as follows:

• Pikachu's Rocket Start
• Slowking's Judge
• Chansey's Dribble
• Bellossom's Dance
• Hitmonchan's Boxing
• Sneasel's Fake Out
• Battlefield
• Celebi's Clock

Pikachu's Rocket Start is essentially a test of reflexes. In this game, you play as Pikachu and are racing against a Pok�mon. The key is to be the first off the mark. As you start, you have to wait for Elekid to raise its hand up and for the race to begin. At this point, you need to make Pikachu move. This is done by pressing any of the D-Pad, A, B, or C buttons, or by shaking the Pok�mon mini device. There are three rounds to go through. If you start before Elekid raises its arm, you lose. If you are slower than your opponent, you lose. If you lose, then you need to start again from Round 1.

When you have successfully completed a round, you'll be able to add the score to the rankings to see what the top 3 scores are.

Slowking's Judge is a relatively simple mini-game. In it, you essentially play as Slowking and determine where a ball lands while others play Tennis. Using the A button, you declare it being in and using the B button you declare the ball being out. The game continues until you have made an incorrect call. The balls will come in and different speeds and directions to change things up. If you wait too long to make a call, you also fail. Like the other games, there's a ranking system to see how well you have done and to try and beat your record.

Chansey's Dribble is a rather simple game where you control Chansey as it is dribbling a football along a course. You have to move Chansey from side to side in order to hit the football. However, if Chansey overtakes the football, it stops and has to return to behind it to start again, slowing down any momentum gained. The object is to get to the end of the course as fast as you can. There are rankings listing the top 3 scores.

Bellossom's Dance is another simple mini-game. In this one, you need to wait for the console to rumble. When it does, the two backup dancing Bellossom will make a move that you have to duplicate. You use the D-Pad to imitate their movements, or you shake the console in order to jump. As you go through, the level increases and the moves have less time for you to react. The game continues until you fail by either selecting the wrong motion or by moving before the other Bellossom.

Hitmonchan's Boxing is a relatively simple game. Here, you need to shake the Pok�mon mini console in order to make Hitmonchan take hits. However, on screen it will tell you when to hit and when to stop hitting. If you continue hitting when it tells you to stop, then your score will decrease. The object is to land as many hits onto the Machop as possible and there's a rnaking to showcase the best 3 scores

Sneasel's Fake Out is a multiplayer game which requires you make infared communication with another player who has Pok�mon Party mini. The goal here is to use the D-Pad to dribble a ball from side to side, or block by pressing up or down. Each player selects if they will play Offence or Defence. With this, the player on Offence has to decide which way to move the ball while the player on Defence needs to try to anticipate the move being played by the other player. If the Offence moves very quickly, it can fake out the Defence player into assuming the wrong move

Battlefield is a 2-6 player game. You can select how many players are playing, how many games to be played (1, 3 or All) and the length of the game being 3, 5, 10 or 15 minutes. All players need a copy of Pok�mon Party mini to participate and one player has to be the Leader while the rest join. This game has you play through all of the other Pok�mon Party mini games and compete to see who is the best at them and how many can be completed within the time limit set.

The final utility is quite simple. It's Celebi's Clock. On the main menu for this entire game, Celebi's Clock will appear and show the current time and date as set on your Pok�mon mini device. This is aided by an animation of a Celebi around the time which fades in and out before flying away. If you press the A button to enter the application, you get another variant. This is simply a stop-watch. Here you can just run the stop watch, pause it and reset it. Another Celebi animation happens in this game as well.
