'I think I love you... I think about you all day everyday': Alex Murdaugh, 54, is getting LOVE LETTERS and offers from Netflix - as he languishes in maximum security jail for killing his wife and son
- The convicted killer has been bombarded with amorous notes while in prison
- He has also been courted by Netflix for their series documenting his murders
- Murdaugh is not the only murderer to have received love letters from admirers
Convicted killer Alex Murdaugh has been bombarded with love letters and approached by Netflix while he serves a life sentence for murdering his wife and son.
The disgraced lawyer, 54, has received amorous messages as well as pitches from the US streaming giant, despite his savage crimes.
One correspondent, named Nicolette K., wrote to Murdaugh on March 12 saying: '...I think I love you…' and 'I think about you all day everyday', according to a message log obtained by fitsnews.com under Freedom of Information laws.
Another message sent by Nicolette the following day reads: 'I swear on my life and on my soul I'll never say a single word to anyone important or not important. I genuinely care for you.'
Murdaugh, the scion of a legal dynasty, was branded a 'monster' by a judge after a six-week trial.

Murdaugh has also received an approach from Netflix, despite being described as the judge who sentenced him as a 'monster'
Prosecutors said he executed his family - making it look like outside murder - to cause a distraction and generate sympathy as investigators closed in on his own murky finances.
At the time of the killings he faced a hearing that could have revealed what he later admitted to be an $8.5million theft from his South Carolina law firm.
The case has been compared to the trial of OJ Simpson, with a special on Netflix, numerous podcasts and TV documentaries dissecting every moment.
But his conviction for brutal crimes has seemingly not stopped Netflix from courting Murdaugh for further episodes of Murdaugh Murders: A Southern Scandal.
According to the message log obtained by fitnews.com, producer Mike Gasparro wrote: 'We feel at this point it's very important to have your voice in the (remainder) of our series.
'Our first three episodes (were) viewed by 40 million households and also 75 million hours (were) watched in just ten days. Those numbers will continue to rise. We believe you can have the largest platform on TV if you are willing to speak to us.'
The log covers Murdaugh's brief stay at Kirkland Correctional Institution, a maximum security South Carolina jail. Most messages are from infatuated women.
On March 12, Lacie K. wrote: 'I am just a small town girl from Missouri. I am here if you want to talk. Or vent. XXLacie.' Destiny H. offered to 'send you some pics of me'.
She also told Murdaugh she believed he was 'innocent'. She added: 'You didn't kill your family, somebody else did and you don't wanna tell it.
'I give you all the love for not snitching but then again, sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do for your freedom.'
Murdaugh has been provided with heavily regulated phone and messaging capability in jail.
He has a prison-issued tablet, which is not connected to the internet. Netflix has been contacted for comment.
