Paul Lindstrom (pictured) has owned the home for just over a decade with his wife Tracey
Presently owned by accountant Paul Lindstrom and his wife Tracey, they are selling after owning the home for a decade.
Mrs Lindstrom said the couple 'jumped at the chance' to buy the home when it came up for sale.
Before it had been for sale, they had frequently walked past and could not stop staring at it.
The couple carried out a luxury renovation of the six bedroom, five bathroom home.
However, they now hope to sell to 'another family who can love it like we have', she told Domain.
After three of the couple's four daughters had left home, they were looking to find some where smaller.
