Police say they stopped what could have been a massacre at a Virginia high school.
On Saturday, law enforcement announced that they arrested two male teens, ages 15 and 17, before they were able to carry out their alleged vision of a school mass murder.
They reportedly planned to shoot and stab students and staff at Riverbend High School in Fredericksburg with guns and knives.
The teens were planning to call in a bomb threat at the school, which they attend, and then shoot at students and staff as they evacuated the building.

The teens had reportedly not set a date for the attack.
Police say students were never in danger.
'We were able to mitigate the danger long before it presented any chance of coming to fruition and there was no immediate threat to the safety of the kids,' Spotsylvania County Sherriff Roger Harris said, according to the New York Daily News.
Because the students are juveniles, the police would not name them.
The teens have reportedly been charged with conspiracy to commit murder. They are being held at Rappahannock Regional Juvenile Detention Center.
On Oct 1, eight students and one teacher were murdered at Umpqua Community College (above) in Oregon
Nine people were killed by Christopher Harper-Mercer at the community college (pictured) - he was enrolled at the school
Harris credited a program that assigns deputies to the county schools to interact with students and staff with thwarting the alleged planned attack, according to the Associated Press.
One teen was first arrested on October 12, when he made a threat against a fellow student via social media.
It was through that threat that law enforcement was able to unravel the larger alleged shooting plot and the other student's alleged involvement.
Police then searched the teens' homes and reportedly found more evidence to link to the alleged plot. However, cops wouldn't say what they'd found.
'Due to this excellent working relationship, we were able to quickly and seamlessly identify a potential threat to our students and faculty,' he said.
On October 1, eight students and an assistant professor were killed at Umpqua Community College near Roseburg, Oregon by Christopher Harper-Mercer, a 26-year-old student.
