Tom Clancy's swank Baltimore penthouse has hit the market at a very pricey $12million two years after the death of the bestselling author.
Located in the Ritz-Carlton Residences on Baltimore’s Inner Harbor the apartment offers five bedrooms, six terraces, a gym, a home theater and a pool.
The residence is actually four apartments that Clancy bought and combined, totaling 12,000 square feet.

Clancy and his wife Alexandra purchased three units in the building for $12.6million in 2009 according to the Wall Street Journal, and then three more units a year later for $4million.
The couple also own a $2million estate in Calvert County, Maryland.
The $12million listing is currently the most expensive in the city.
The other two units which are not part of the apartment are currently being rented out and are not for sale.
There is also a doorman, concierge and valet parking in the building, and the buyer will receive three parking spots.

That novel - which would later be turned into a film starring Alec Baldwin and Sean Connery - introduced the character of Jack Ryan, a CIA operative and the protagonist of most of Clancy's novels.
Ryan - who was also played by Harrison Ford, Ben Affleck and Chris Pine in subsequent films - also appeared in Clancy's novels Patriot Games, Clear and Present Danger, The Sum of All Fears and Debt Honor to name just a few.
