The sprawling Washington DC mansion where a businessman, his wife, son and housekeeper were murdered in May is now on the market for $3.25million.
The family of Savvas Savoupoulos had called the five-bedroom, seven-bath brick mansion on Woodlawn Drive Northwest home for more than a decade, until May 14, when firefighters responding to a blaze at the residence discovered the bodies of the homeowner, his wife, Amy, their 10-year-old son, Philip, and their housekeeper, Veralicia Figueroa.
An affidavit later revealed Savopoulos, 46, his 47-year-old wife and Figueroa, 57, died from being struck and stabbed. Phillip died from 'thermal and sharp force injuries'.
The listing for the Savopoulos residence includes only a single black-and-white diagram of the property and the surrounding streets, but no current or past photos of the house, nor any mentions of its dark secret.

Some of the selling points highlighted in the listing include the fact that it's a 16,281-square-foot corner lot in 'Prime Mass Ave Heights location' with 160-foot 'frontage of Woodland Drive'.
The listing also mentions 'Possible new construction with sought after side loading garage on 32nd St.'
Potential buyers interested in viewing the house must fill out a registration form, suggesting that the listing agent has no plans of hosting an open house there.
Daron Wint, 34, of Lanham, Maryland, has been charged with one count of murder in connection to the quadruple homicide. He remains in custody.
Police identified Wint, who had worked as a welder for Savopoulos' company, American Iron Works, from DNA found on the crust of a pizza that had been delivered to the house late on May 13.

The suspect allegedly held the family captive for 18 hours until Savaouplis agreed to have an aide deliver a ransom of $40,000 in cash to the mansion.
Wint then allegedly killed the family, set fire to a portion of the home and fled. He was arrested a week later.

The stately home with a red-brick exterior and white window casements has been boarded up since the murders, and red crime scene seal can still be seen on the front door.
The house is currently listed for $3.25million. According to the real estate site Zillow.com, it is worth over $5.5million.
The website states the mansion comes with a fireplace, a jetted tub, an attached parking garage and a security system.
The law in DC requires real estate agents to tell potential buyers if someone died in a home, if asked, but they are not obligated to volunteer the information if they are not asked about the property’s history.
