LA photographer shoots the City of Angels from dizzying heights and sometimes scales skyscrapers just to get the perfect shot

A daring photographer is desperate to capture Los Angeles in a whole new light - by scaling buildings and even taking to the skies.
Urban explorer Daniel Malikyar snaps breath-taking images all over the City of Angels many of which include himself.
In some of his favourite shots, Daniel, 20, shoots directly down at the ground from dizzying heights, often scaling skyscrapers to get the perfect shot.

Out west: This Photo was shot around 5am at the Horshoe Bend in Page, Arizona after a 9 hour road trip from LA. Daniel, 20, shoots directly down at the ground from dizzying heights, often scaling skyscrapers to get the perfect shot

Vertigo: 'These images often give viewers a sense of vertigo and tend to spark curiosity that lingers in the minds of the audience.That being said, I'm always very cautious when I shoot in dangerous conditions.What most may consider risky, typically ends up being worth it in the end,' he said
In others, the photographer, from Palos Verdes in California, USA, uses a helicopter, dangling his limbs in the shot to add to their vertigo inducement.

He became interested in urban exploring last summer, after being inspired by the photography works of others on Instagram.
As well as being able to shoot incredible images, he likes being part of the urban exploring community because of the comradery that it builds.
He added: 'I was inspired to venture out and discover the indescribable experiences that come along with urban exploring for myself.
'I took on Downtown Los Angeles and instantly was hooked on shooting everything the city had to offer.
'Whether scaling a skyscraper with an unseen vantage point of the city, exploring the underground tunnel ways, or taking on the gritty streets, the city of Los Angeles is filled with unique subjects to shoot.'
