Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump says in a new interview this week that he believes in Heaven - and that he is going there - but was more shy when it came to admitting mistakes he's made during his surprisingly enduring run for president.
The New York billionaire, interviewed by GQ correspondent Chris Heath at his Trump Tower office in October, touched on a wide range of subjects in the article published by the magazine on Wednesday.
But through it all, the businessman consistently also displayed an aversion to self-reflection, especially when it came to mistakes he's made on the campaign trail.

Republican Donald Trump has been repeatedly criticized for a long string of inflammatory statements on the presidential campaign trail, but GOP voters have consistently put him at the top of the field of candidates
Trump most recently came under fire this week for appearing to mock a disabled New York Times reporter at a campaign rally on Wednesday
'I am self-reflective, but I’m not necessarily one of these people that sits there all day and thinks about himself. I get things done. I’m very goal-oriented,' Trump said in the interview.
'I know a lot of people that are very self-reflective, and nothing ever happens - they just think about themselves. I think about getting things done.'
Asked how he wanted to remembered someday, Trump said, 'That I’ve done a fabulous job and made the lives of many, many people much better.'
Asked if he believed in Heaven, Trump simply said 'Yes,' and that he hopes to go there.
'That’s what I strive for,' he said, then elaborating when asked how he was coming along on that goal, 'Pretty good.'
Trump's reflexive aversion to political correctedness has repeatedly made headlines this year, starting with his very first day as a candidate in June. The real estate mogul used a press conference at Trump Tower announcing his campaign to blast illegal immigrants, saying specifically that aliens from Mexico were 'rapists' and 'criminals.'
He went on to criticize 2008 Republican presidential nominee John McCain, a former POW during the Vietnam War, for getting captured when his fighter plane went down.
He went on to engage in a high-profile squabble with Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly over misogynistic comments he has made in the past - and then tangled with fellow presidential rival Carly Fiorina by insulting her facial appearance.
On Twitter, one of Trump's favorite tools, he and his campaign have been forced by public outcry to take down repeated late-night tweets that appeared to compare other candidates to Nazis.
Just this week, Trump came under fire for impersonating a disabled New York Times reporter with whom he has feuded at a campaign rally, mimicking the man and accusing him of using his disability to 'grandstand.'
Trump has feuded loudly and consistently with members of the media whom he considers unfair, and now has a policy restricting reporters at his campaign events to the point which they are even required to be escorted to and from the bathroom
However, Trump wouldn't discuss any mistakes during the GQ interview.
'I haven’t done much wrong, because if I had, I wouldn’t be talking to you right now,' Trump told Heath. 'I never talk about what I do wrong.'
'You know, I don’t like to. If I make a mistake, which everyone is entitled to, every once in a while, I know I’ve made a mistake and I correct it for the next time. But I don’t talk about it.'
A poll conducted last week by a North Carolina-based polling firm found Trump to be the one presidential candidate from either party who is 'most likely to say something inappropriate and ruin Thanksgiving dinner.'
