Revealing photos of Salim Mehajer's sisters Kat and Aiisha before their dramatic transformation have emerged.

With preparations underway for the upcoming wedding of Khadijeh 'Kat' Mehajer, family friends have shared throwback photos, highlighting the pair's distinct physical changes over the years .

The two Mehajer sisters are now almost identical in looks to their sister-in-law Aysha, who transformed herself from a red-headed young girl to today's glamour wife of suspended Auburn deputy mayor.

Khadijeh ‘Kat’ Mehajer and Aiisha, who previously spelt her name as Aisha, have both been pictured with dark hair and have a fresh-faced appearance as they attend events with friends.

In one picture, Aiisha is almost unrecognisable with her raven locks as she stands at a train station with a dapper male friend. 

Kat, who is now indistinguishable from Salim's wife Aysha, was snapped fresh-faced in a conservative purple bridesmaid's dress at a wedding.

She is currently preparing to marry long term beau Ibraham Sakalaki and their upcoming nuptials have been dubbed 'Sydney's next biggest wedding'.

She has also been helping to launch her family business venture in the past few months by uploading pictures of coloured wigs to Instagram, promoting the Mehajer Beauty Bar with hashtags such as #myweaveonfleek and #gotmybluewigon.

It has been reported her bridal party is thought to include sister-in-law Aysha, three of her five sisters (Sanna, Mary and Aiisha) and two friends. 

Of the eight siblings - Khaled, Zenah, Salim, Fatima, Khadijeh, Aiisha, Sanna and Mary – none have yet upstaged the former deputy mayor of Auburn's antics, though Khadijeh and Aiisha's names are known online for their social media presence.

Aiisha has made a name for herself as a glamour model and Instagram star with more than 16,000 followers. She was crowned Miss Personality in last year's Miss Lebanon Australia competition. 

Aiisha has not been the only Mehajer sister to have success at the competition, after Mary (Mariam) Mehajer was crowned Miss Lebanon 2016 after blitzing the runway in a purple skirt on Sunday.

Aiisha gushed over her sister's victory - 'she made the whole family proud!' - which was watched by several hundred people and the patriarch and matriarch of the Mehajer clan, Mohamed and Amal.

The suspended deputy mayor of Auburn expressed his congratulations with a vague Facebook platitude: 'Greatness is to stay humble when the world calls you great,' he wrote. 

Salim became a household name last August when he wed Aysha, born April Amelia Learmonth but had her name changed by deed poll to be remarkably similar to her new sister-in-law.

The wedding left Mr Mehajer with a $220 City Council fine for closing Frances Street in Lidcombe after hiring four helicopters and brought Ferraris, Lamborginis and Harley Davidsons with a reported total worth of $50 million.
