Hunt for the 'naked jogger': Streaker who is running up to passersby and exposing himself wanted for questioning by police

He's a naked man in running shoes, who has been running up to random people on the street and exposing himself.
And locals in Richmond, Virginia, have had enough of it.
Police have now become involved in the pursuit of the streaker after being sent video of the incident, which was captured by a security camera set up by a resident who wanted to monitor his car.
The incident occurred in the Fan neighborhood of Richmond and shows the man approaching three women completely naked, WTVR reported.

The CCTV footage from the street shows the man running away from the women with his hands in the air
The CCTV shows the man in nothing but running shoes, however he covered his face with a stocking.
A Richmond Police spokesperson said they know of the incident and the video has been turned over to them.
The officers who patrol the Fan have watched it and are looking for the man, should a repeat of the incident occur.
The incident has not sat well with locals, who are hoping cops do catch the person responsible.
As one Fan worker told WTVR: 'They definitely need to catch that guy. That could have been my sister or my mother (who was approached).'

In 2013, footage taken on the same camera hit headlines when an apparently intoxicated man took his clothes off and started fondling himself in the street.
The security camera is one block from a middle school.
It was originally installed after the homeowner’s car was broken into while it was parked at the curb outside of his home, WTVR reported.
