NRL star Nathan Peats and his wife Jade has listed their epic Queensland beachside home for sale - and it comes complete with an open living space and in-ground swimming pool.
The Gold Coast Titans hooker bought the pad in Palm Beach for $1.2million in 2017, which is less than 300m from the sand.
'You get the best of both worlds here. We’re at the quiet end of Palm Beach so you can cross the highway and walk to the beach with the waves but we’re close to Tullebudgera Creek too, which is suitable for kids,' Peats told Domain.

An outdoor shower is set up next to the swimming pool, while the kitchen features gas cooktops and stone bench tops.
All four bedrooms are upstairs with built-in wardrobes and an ensuite in the master bedroom, with a study and secondary living space with ample space for the kids.
Peats' said his favourite spot to hang out in the house is in the double garage.

'The double garage is like my man cave – I’ve got a pool table, fridge full of beers, Foxtel, a Playstation and my footy jerseys – I’ll miss that the most,' he said.
Peats' family including wife Jade and sons Harlen-Reign and Leyton are moving to a bigger location with more backyard space for the growing boys.
The 29-year-old said the family plan to return to the area once his football career is over.
LJ Hooker Palm Beach listing agent Jo Elwin said the realtor was aiming the property at inner city dwellers in Sydney and Melbourne to chase the sunshine into Queensland.
'It’s a low-maintenance, secure property,' Mr Elwin said. 'You can walk in, crack a beer then go to the beach – that’s the lifestyle here.'
